I walked in and needed a patch job on my tire. Everyone working was very professional and nice! They completed it timely even tho I didn’t have an appt. And they said it was on the house! I called to make an appointment and Stephen was able to get me in at 9am on Saturday. The store was really busy so I went home for few hours and Stephen called me in the afternoon and the oil change was finished. He did suggested that my dads van needs brake pads replaced and offered in better price than the dealership.

You guys, this location always take care of me and her very professional and accommodating

drove 2 hours to rotate and balance my big o tires. upon arrival discovered a several hour wait, but the manager after finding that I had traveled so far was able to juggle his staff and I was done and out the door in a little over an hour. Saved my day as I was planning to get many other items done of which I accomplished thanks to the customer service I experienced.

Grant was a big help. The entire staff helped me immensely when I needed tires on short notice. Prompt service and clearly communicated expectations when it came to wait time. Two tires purchased, balanced, and installed in under 45 minutes.
