Big O Tires

They were extremely busy but they got my car in and put new tires on anyway.

Devon was awesome. I called first to get info. He was very helpful. Then when I went in to talk about my tires, he took time to listen to my concerns then offered an awesome resolve. I live in an apartment and was trying to delay purchasing new tires until spring, or at least 2 more months. My tire kept losing pressure. Devon checked the tire. Offered to check to see if they could patch it up and they did. This will buy me time to purchase tires so I don't have to figure out where to store my snow tires. Saved me a nervous breakdown. Lol. I really appreciate his honesty and customer service. The mechanic was super quick. I was amazed how respectful the crew was. I will definitely be back for an oil change and new tires. I almost didn't go to big O because of the wheat ridge store. About 2 years ago, I purchased all four tires because one has a blow out. The other three were brand new. I asked them to give me the 3 old tires so I could store them. They forgot to give them to me. I tried to return to the store but due to work, I couldn't make it by closing. I wasn't too happy with the work. The Lakewood store totally changed my outlook on big O. Thank you!!!

Everyone was very helpful and accomidating. They made sure to show me where the hole was in my tire as well as explain that they were able to patch it rather than purchase a new tire.

I called to make an appointment and Stephen was able to get me in at 9am on Saturday. The store was really busy so I went home for few hours and Stephen called me in the afternoon and the oil change was finished. He did suggested that my dads van needs brake pads replaced and offered in better price than the dealership.

The last manager Victor was great and the new manager Breck is even better. I have had mechanic service done here, as well as regular maintenance, and they always give it to me straight, and the price is better than the mechanic across the street.

Very satisfied, they got my vehicle in and out quickly even though they were busy. Alan who was the tech who worked on my pickup was awesome. Alan was very thorough with the inspection and found what was wrong. Breck was fantastic as always and was able to locate the parts needed and together they were able to complete the work the same day. This is my 3rd experience with Big O on Union and they’re top notch! I’ve been suggesting this place to all my friends for their maintenance needs. Thank you guys for your hard work!

drove 2 hours to rotate and balance my big o tires. upon arrival discovered a several hour wait, but the manager after finding that I had traveled so far was able to juggle his staff and I was done and out the door in a little over an hour. Saved my day as I was planning to get many other items done of which I accomplished thanks to the customer service I experienced.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I got lucky but i have a weird tire size. They ordered, picked up and installed my tires within 24 hours and i was only in the shop for 30 min to get them installed. (Like i said weird tire size so i can NEVER get them installed same day for the price i got.
