Big O Tires

I think overall it was a good experience. I like the crew there and they seemed knowledgeable. I have a tire pressure sensor that's not working and I have to go back for a 3rd time when they receive another sensor. It's a minor inconvenience that takes away "work time."

I thought my Jeep would be at the shop all day.I dropped it off at 7:30 they called me at 1:00 to tell me that it was ready to pick up.They did an oil change, tire rotation, and changed all the fluids in the transmission and transfer cases, plus topping off the fluids.Great jib.

This is my second trip in after I purchased my tires here. I've had two screws invade the tires and the crew here, Chris and Brian have been the best. Courteous and quick. I will not be going anywhere else for tires!

The guys worked very hard to ge both my cars finished on the promised time scheduled.

I always use them to change my oil and for my tires.

I had issues with my tire pressure sensors and they were fixed. They did go back on soon but I returned and it now seems to be completely fixed. Also, they were spot on when it came to predicting the amount of time it would take.

They got me in for a flat tire when Big-O-Tire of Evergreen couldn't fix it for 2 days! (BTW, Big-O of Evergreen is TERRIBLE!..no way Ashley should be in a customer service position) Excellent service and speed of repair! Good job Brian!

The repairs for brake pads was good but i felt it cost me a lot of money than i expected. At least 250 more than i expected so that's kind of something i hadn't expected and so may be next time i will consider more options before i rush to any repairs.
