Big O Tires

The guys worked very hard to ge both my cars finished on the promised time scheduled.

Very competent and friendly staff. The manager goes out of his way to make sure that the customer is well-taken care of.

I had issues with my tire pressure sensors and they were fixed. They did go back on soon but I returned and it now seems to be completely fixed. Also, they were spot on when it came to predicting the amount of time it would take.

Staff was friendly and courteous. My car was finished a couple hours before I expected it. No hard upsell. No complaints, I will keep getting my oil changed here.

Very willing to help. Acted like I was valued.

Brian called me to make sure that I was taken care of; this store is wonderful and the staff always make sure that I am taken care of.

The repairs for brake pads was good but i felt it cost me a lot of money than i expected. At least 250 more than i expected so that's kind of something i hadn't expected and so may be next time i will consider more options before i rush to any repairs.

Solid guys. I'll keep going here. They are always prompt with their service and flexible getting me in to see them.

Customer service was great, the only reason I wouldn't go back is lack of any parking, hard to get in and out of parking lot.

I came in for an oil change/tire rotation and mentioned that there had been a noise in the front when I turned my wheels hard right. When I picked it up, the price was quite reasonable, and the noise had been a simple fix that the mechanic had taken care of at no charge. Quite pleased with this service.

Brakes are still making same noise after service. Will be back next week to get them looked at again

The team got me my car in the time me agreed on. The work was done on time.

Brian and the guys took care of job hapily and efficiently, the second day. The first day however the store closed and i got no call stating i would be taken care of the following day until after 4:00. I will continue as a happy customer regardless. Good shop. Good people.

Ok service

Very good service and reasonably priced with coupon savings

I called and was kept on hold for 10 minutes; finally called back and got a different person, who seemed hurried but set up an appointment for me. To me they seem very busy and somewhat understaffed. However, when I arrived for my appointment they were very friendly and they put on my new tires in record time. The price was reasonable too.

Chris got me in with no appointment, work was done on time. No complaints.

The service was great and quick, but I have never paid more than $30 for an oil change at Ford or elsewhere. Just because it is a hybrid does not necessarily mean it takes a special oil. It was $44. I may look elsewhere or go back to Ford for an oil change. I bought all my tires at Big O and they are great.

Big O gets it done and exceeds all expectations each time I visit. Thanks guys.
