Big O Tires

Brian was outstanding and made all the difference by paying attention to details and ensuring the services was great, not just good. My only complaint is that I called to find out when I could come in to have four tires put on my car and the person (can't remember who) said 10 am. I came at 10 am and waited for 2.5 hours for the service to be completed. If it's always first come first serve, that's cool, but the customer should be told that when making an appointment.

I pulled in about 8;15 am for a tire rotation and and was heading home before 9.

When I arrived my trip odometer worked. It hasn't worked since I left.

Hi Andrew, I take my car to Big O all the time for maintenance. Last Friday, I believe, the check engine light and the hazard lights came on, I drove it to Big O. They had it for several days, said they found the problem, new fuel injection and coils, changed many fluids. Picked it up on Tuesday, I think, drove to King Soopers, came out of there, started the car, same problem, lights back on and car sounding like it isn't going to run. This is after I paid $1200.00. Bryan took it back, thinks he found the problem, called Toyota where I bought it, found out I had bought an extended warranty and they would cover it. Chris said he would get it over there if it would help me but I went ahead and drove it over. So, Bryan and Chris were very good to me but misdiagnosed the problem and I don't think I should have to pay for this. So, if you would take a look at this issue and let me know what you think I would appreciate it. So I believe they had the car last Thuesday thru Wed, Aug 10-16. It is now at Toyota since Aug 16. One of the managers called me from Toyota, said they have to prove to the company that covers the warranty that this wasn't caused by an accident or anything else before they will cover it. I would appreciate your consideration for reimbursement. It will take Toyota about 8 hours to get the area that causing the problem. If they can't prove it just malfunctioned or whatever Toyota won't pay for the labor to get to the area or the repair. Thank you, Beverly Seigneur 303-947-1809

Everything was great, staff was knowledgeable and helpful, appt ran a lil over an hour past prediction which wasn't a big deal

Asst mgr Chris was very helpful & mgr Brian recommended the extended tire warranty ( good move ) .....Brian got me in & out in about an hour & I was impressed ................the only issue I could see was the front counter was understaffed ,,,,they need more help! Overall good experience, thank you

I live in Breckenridge, but don't use the Big-O in Frisco because the customer service is terrible. However, when I am in the Denver area and need tire service, I go to Big-O on Union Blvd in Lakewood due to the great customer service - it is worth the trip. I appreciate the service.

I have used your fine store 6-7 times and really have been impressed. I am a fan. I had a great tire guy that retired so I was spoiled and so was my driving pleasure with excellent tires. Your team really has been a big hit. The guys behind the counter have been great. Last visit there was a new energetic younger guy that I personally like. However, I was strongly upsold and charged more than usual and my tire pressure was not checked with my spring turnover. I have separate sets of wheels for summer and winter so it is usually good. I did get rebalanced and I was happy to pay what was very reasonable. I needed to return when my tire pressure gauges revealed that my tire pressure in 1 tire was low. Ultimately it was all good but not as good as usual. I will continue to come to your shop and am happy to be your customer. Because you have been so good, I returned this survey. I otherwise would not have complained. I am a happy customer and believe the person I alluded to is a good and energetic employee. Thanks for asking my opinion.

Stopped by to find out why one of my tires was going flat. Even though they were busy they quickly diagnosed the issue and I was on my way which I greatly appreciated.

This is the second set of tires I have bought for my pick-up trucks. These are work trucks that get taken off road during elk season, and get a good work-out in the back country. Last year, I tried the "Vigorous" tires made in China (Yes, I often chuckled about the tire name!) mainly for price reasons. They worked well throughout the year, and worked great off-road. I sold that truck and bought a newer used truck that needed tires and went back for more "Vigorous" tires, only to find that Chinese marketing has changed the tire name to "Linglong Crosswind A/T", but, the same tire and tread design. At about $200 per tire, I feel this is a good price for a good tire. I had been buying all of my tires at "a discount" for over 20 years, but their truck tires are now all too pricy for me.

It's not often I feel compelled to write a review, but sometimes a good experience is worth a story. I came into Big-O after feeling a little overwhelmed at the options of tires, the mix of reviews (both professionally and customer reviews), and pricing across websites. I was fortunate to speak with Stephen (an assistant manager I believe) who took the time to hear my concerns, answered some questions, but I was most happy with the time he took when asked for recommended tires that would suit my SUV. He took the time to list down top three recommendations, look at the pricing options he could obtain, and gave me a quote on a tire that I'd read favorably about. With the combination of his straight forward help, the price being more than competitive from my research, and a quick turn around on getting them on my tire, I was happy to proceed. The service overall was great, with my only nitpick being that they over inflated my tires (oddly mine calls for 6 less psi in the front tires, but I fixed that easily). Tho my appt. made 4 days earlier wasn't on the books, my car was finished in just over 1-1/2 hrs., much better than last time. Alan packed my tires in a great way that allowed me more vision out the back window; I complimented hin for the extra effort. I TOTALLY trust this store w/my car.

I have been going to Big O for probably 5+ years. They have always taken time to answer my questions. I appreciate the friendliness of all the guys. Service has been great. Makes you want to keep homing back

The atmosphere of this store is very warm and friendly. Their 7AM opening and their willingness to drive me to my office a mile a way was very considerate. I was going to be out of town the next day when my car was ready and when I got back into town they were going to be closed so they accommodated that by letting me pay over the phone and use a spare key to pick up my car up (I went back the next day to get my keys). Only comment to make is that no one called me when they had the diagnosis and, when I called them about 8 hours after I brought the car in, they had already ordered a part from the manufacturer that needed to be replaced.

The team at Big O Tires at Lakewood were very helpful. I will likely return to this location for any future service that my car requires.
