The tire pressure after 4 days was 38 lbs I didn't check the day I got the work done They were all pretty much even so I suspect no leaks. The lug nuts checked out at 140 and that is the suggested torque spec. No leaks and the wheel has the proper torque. That's is what I ask for Thanks Tim

I brought in my girlfriend's car for an oil change. They checked everything out and told me specifically what was wrong with it. Lucky for me, she needs new breaks or maybe not so lucky me.

I came in to get a flat fixed. After it was fixed they said they found a nail. The next morning I drove to New Mexico for a vacation and woke up with a flat. The nail was never removed. Nice guys but upset about the work that wasn't done.

I went in to get new tires and have someone diagnose a noise I had been having. They found the reason for the noise and also noticed I needed new rear shocks. I was able to get everything taken care of in one visit, and the noise is gone. I was happy to get that taken care of, as I had asked to have this noise looked in to the last two times I was in, and no one did anything about it.

I was charged for tire disposal when I was keeping my tires. I was only offered a refund in gift cards not to the full amount of the disposal fee. Front desk worker was juggling too many things at once and seemed overextended.

The staff was wonderful and I was happy that they were able to get my car in the same day! However, one of the tires was not installed properly, and I ended up having to take it to another Big O Tire to have it fixed the very next day as it went completely flat. It was rather frustrating and caused me to miss work. However, the customer service was good enough that I may consider going back and giving them a second chance.

I got in car afterwards an check engine light was on. Got oil change too an next day I checked my levels and oil black and quart low. Once I added oil my check engine light went out. Appears oil not changed. I had an appointment an still took 3 hours.

Showed up without an appointment for an oil change. There was availability so they took my car right back. The service was completed quickly and the staff was friendly and professional. Great team!
