They said my car would be ready in 2 hours, that it was in the garage. 2 hours later they said the same thing. They only have me two of four tires, I never said I wanted to get rid of my tires as I use summer tires and winter tires. Nor did they explain why or show me my old tires. I didn't realize there was only 2 tires in the back until a few days later.

Our service notification on the car was not reset so the car continued to tell us we needed an oil change even though we just had an oil change. We had to return to the store to have this set. I tried to call the store twice and was placed on hold for about 15 minutes each time before I gave up. So finally I just went to the store where the overworked clerk was not rude, but definitely short with me. A tech did come reset our car but it took quite a long time. Also, I can't submit this feedback without checking the box below to allow feedback in promotional materials. That is ridiculous - I can't imagine that you would want to use this anyway.

10/07/19 When I pulled up to the store I backed up. This is just something I do anytime I park. The little guy at the counter complained and asked why I did that because it's so much harder for them to pull the car in. If I parked on the sidewalk it shouldn't matter. Also I felt like I was bothering the staff for an oil change. They did offer to put my spare on to replace a tire that had less tread. So that was cool. Most likely won't be back. The store use to be great when Drew or Chris managed it.

I had my tires rotated but no one checked the tire pressure. One tire was low when I left.

Came in to have a tire mounted on a loose wheel and they lost the center cap and the bead is leaking air.

I purchase the additional coverage when I bought my tires. So, when my new tire was low I brought the car in. I was given a ride to work and my tire was quickly repaired (small nail). Hassle free. Good service is a rarity...Big O got it right.

Sorry for a bad review but this recent visit was traumatizing for me. For starters, I came in with 4 new tires that each had no rim. All I wanted was to replace the rims from my current tires onto the new tires, and replace the front two tires on the vehicle because the current ones were balding. I had a 9am appointment and dropped the vehicle off. While being told "an hour or two"� for the services, I left and went on my day. After about an hour an a half, I received a call saying my brake pads were worn and needed to be replaced. I knew this information and told the caller I had someone lined up to look at it later in the week so that was not necessary to replace at the current time. He understood, hung up, and then 30 minutes later called again saying my "tire rod"�(?) needed to be replaced as well, and he didn't understand how I got it to the shop cause it was on its last leg. I VERY reluctantly agreed cause at that point it has been 2 hours after the appointment time and I just wanted my vehicle back. I figured his story to be bologna because just the day before I had driven 50+ miles for work. But I asked how long it would take and he said another 30-60 minutes. After about an hour I called the store asking for an update on the vehicle and they responded "just another 30-45 minutes and we will call you when it's ready"�. After ANOTHER HOUR with no call, I called back and they said " your vehicle has been ready come and pick it up"�. So I go down to pick up my vehicle and have a coupon for Big O that I wanted to use for $25 dollars off any service. Well the total service went from ~200 dollars to ~475 dollars. This includes the EXTRA labor hours that they told me would be finished at 11:30 am, and wasn't ready until 2:30 pm. And lastly when I told the counter guy about my coupon, he "applied it"� to the invoice, however on the bill itself there is no discount marking down the price. I have been to Big O's for all my service needs on this current vehicle but I am very reluctant to bring it back.

Professional and friendly service. Was treated with great care and comfort in a time of semi-crisis (we hit a pot hole on I-70, ruining our tire). Highly recommend, Brian was great.

I got 4 new tires with an alignment on Sep 14. I drove home truck was pulling to the right just like it did B4 the tires and alignment. I returned the next morning and they did some additional work and when I picked up that afternoon the truck is still pulling to the right. The mechanic said he switched the tires but why switch tires if it was aligned correctly?

I came in to get new tires the day of a road trip. They were mounted on time, but tire pressure light came on in fort Collins. Went to big o there, they determined all 4 tires had wrong pressure. They should be 32psi, but 3 tires were 50 and one was 28. They adjusted pressure and sent me on my way. By Cheyenne the light had come on again. At big o there, the 28psi tire was almost completely flat. The problem was a leaky valve and Cheyenne big o fixed it quickly, but that was only necessary because big o Lakewood must have installed it wrong, did not have this issue with prior tires. Am very disappointed, figured the one thing big o tires could do is install tires correctly. This way I lost 1h and with it my hotel reservation, and worse had to drive i25 on what was basically a flat tire.

Tire rotation was fine they were friendly my only problem are nice valve stem covers disappeared and plastic ones were put on in place

I have been going to my local store for years. It has never failed that the service has been performed quickly, on time and perfectly, even without an appointment! Highly recommended.

Room for Improvement: I got an oil change and asked that the tire pressure light that was on (on the dashboard) be addressed. I was told by another store in your franchise that the sensor in a tire must be broken, as we'd been driving it around for months with the light on even when the tires are properly filled. I was informed at your store that my tires do not have sensors, which may be true, but goes against what I was told by the other store. The light was still on when I was given back the keys, and I was told to 'drive around for ten minutes and it should turn off.' I knew right away this would not happen, as we've already tried things like re-setting it. I asked, 'what happens if the light does not turn off in ten minutes?' and was told to bring the car back so they could 'really dig in and get to the bottom of it.' I left bewildered as to what I spend the last hour+ waiting for as one of the things I requested was simply not done. If i am going to pay $60 for an oil change, I might as well go to a store that takes my requests seriously. I did not take the car back there when the light failed to turn off, as I was not excited about spending more time on the very thing the car was there for initially. The staff was polite and professional, and i did get the oil changed; but, it seemed similar to asking for a haircut and color at a salon and only receiving the cut. 'If you hang out in the sun long enough, you will probably see some lightening in the color of your hair. And if not, come back to see us.' No thank you.

I've been a Big O customer for years now but this was my first time at the store in Lakewood. They were great! They saw a few of us waiting so they opened the doors early. I was getting a new tire and they had me on my way in 30 minutes! Thanks, guys!

Guys at front are receptive and knowledgeable. There was one lady waiting 3 hours for an oil change. I brought my car in for new tires on a Friday being told they would be done that day. I had to call at 5 pm and hey told me the tires were never delivered. They said I would be done first thing Saturday morning. Didn't hear from anyone so I called at 2 pm... still not done. I went down there and finally 3 pm Saturday completed. The service takes crazy long every time I take my cars to this shop...

I had a nail in my tire. They took care of it for free in less time than it took me to walk to Starbucks and back. I don't WANT to have car service issues, but it gives me peace of mind to know that there is such a great shop right in my neighborhood. Thanks again for your help!
