Looks like the store is undergoing changes again and it's hurting service a little bit. I called to make an appointment a week and a half before 8/20, was told that the first available was 7:15. Dropped the car off at 7:05 and was told there would be about an hour wait. I said that this was ok and that I was dropping the car off for an oil change and to check the breaks. I called to check on my car at 10:15 and was told that it hadn't even been started. When I called back at 12:15, the car was finally done (5 hours for an oil change is a bit ridiculous). I love this store, but I hate when it undergoes management changes.

I was actually very sad this time with how my tires looked. There was blue gew or whatever they use all over my rims and also on the paint on my car. They didn't even think to wipe it off. It's already hard for me to leave my car with people, it's a newer Mercedes. And I have always trusted Big O But not feeling they took careful consideration and care left a bad taste in my mouth. Seemed sloppy :/ The guys were nice though. The workmanship not as impressive.

The tire replacement went well, but I had asked for several other services on dropping the truck off that did not get performed before the shop closed. (Differential, transfer case and transmission fluid changes)

Purely constructive feedback for you and your store: Good pricing and communication on the quote, as well as work and explanation thereafter. Pickup and payment was easy. I was disappointed that, having brought the vehicle in on a spare tire, the spare was not only deflated, but left in the rear seating area of the vehicle despite a written request to replace it in the spare storage hub (undercarriage). I'll imagine it was a simple oversight, as it would seem a standard procedure. Although I appreciate the request for follow up from you, I'd prefer a direct email to your store rather than a review link - particularly given the circumstance.

Manager on the spot friendly and helpful. Chris took my order the day before and promised me a morning phone call to establish the time for the following day. I waited until after noon, then went into the store. Chris was "too busy" to call me - a total morning shot! Middle of the road ratings since it appears only the manager cares about customer service.

These guys checked out my car after I had a small tire leak and found I needed repairs to my struts and brakes. Prices were reasonable. Extremely polite and helpful staff.

Big O typically does a good job on my tires, rotations, and oil changes. After a recent oil change and tire rotation, a hubcap fell off a day or two later, suggesting the shop hadn't put it back on securely after rotating the tires. I contacted them, but they didn't get back with me as promised, and I ended up just having to buy a replacement myself.

Staff was friendly and courteous. My car was finished a couple hours before I expected it. No hard upsell. No complaints, I will keep getting my oil changed here.

I made a 9 AM online appointment for wheel alignment but still had to wait 90 minutes for my vehicle to be pulled into the service bay. All totaled, I waited over two hours for the alignment to be completed. I would think that a confirmed appointment would eliminate some of this wait time, otherwise why offer the option? Good thing I didn't schedule anything else that morning.
