Big O Tires

Friendly people fair prices, Valve stem cap missing in one of the new tires and a loose wheel cap rattling when I got on the road.Tecks need to slow down a little and check this stuff.

Big O on Union in Lakewood is so appreciated and trusted. They have helped me take care of my car for years. There's no amount of $$ you can give for a good mechanic who knows your car. Whenever something happens that I dont like they go above and beyond to fix the problem. I love this service shop.

The store is old and inconvenient to get in and out of. When one of the counter guys is spitting chew into a cup while waiting on you, it is pretty disgusting. Big mix up on what tires to put on my truck. Wrong tires delivered from warehouse, long delay when told one hour, it took 2.5. A price adjustment was made and appreciated. The product itself is a great tire....I would suggest maybe a different store.

I came in at a difficult time in my life and both the gentle men not only were very helpful but very compassionate. I just lost my husband. Both me left me feeling very cared for. THANK YOU

Everything was done good and as expected, just wondering though why a free alignment isnt done with purchase of new tires and wheels?

Always a great experience. The dude victor at the front was awesome. He had a huge line first thing in the morning and got them all taken care of with an expert level of costumer service.

My engine splash shield wasn't put back on correctly. When I got home I realized it had been dragging on the ground the entire way.

I have been a devoted long time .... 20+ year patron of this Big O. I've always been treated well and will continue my business with this store (even though I have a very good friend who owns many other stores). I am now a disabled senior on a very tight fixed income and if possible, I would be grateful for some discounts on future products and service. Keep up the great work and quality employees.

All pretty good. They don't take appointments! Who has time to wait 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation? It seems like other locations take appointments but not this one.

Very quick service. They do what they say and make the process very transparent. It seems no matter how busy they get they can still take care of you as soon as you need them to.

One thing that I would have been very pleased with is it to not find dirty, greasy, marks on my door panel, etc. when I rec'd my car back. Thanks!

Great Service!

The only issue I had is that the tire pressure is quite different for each tire based on OBDII port readings. The range is from 38 psi to 41 psi. I expected the delta to be a lot less than 3 psi. I have driven the car for awhile to make sure it's not a TPMS issue, but it still shows that they are all inflated differently three days later.

Appreciate the excellent communication by Brian and team in fixing my car! They did a great job diagnosing that a mouse was caught in my fan & that was causing the horrible noise & smell. Thank you again.

We made an appointment the day prior for 8:00am the next day. Was told it would take 2-3 hours. We got the car back at 4pm. They never reset the diagnostic board on my car after servicing the tires.

Representative Rick rude and arrogant. When I showed up for my appointment to address my tire pressure sensor issue, Victor was unaware of expected service. They said they addressed the problem the best they could (?) because the sensor was off (?). Tire pressures were reset. Within less than 10 minutes of driving away, the sensor self activated with no low tire pressure so the problem was appears worsened by Big O. I ended up going to the dealership. I don't know what Big O did to exacerbate the problem, but they certainly did nothing to help or solve the issue. So I learned....buy and service tires at Big O but one cannot depend on any other service for accuracy or results.

There's a lot of options on where to buy a tire and then a lot of options on what tire to buy. After shopping around I was confident Josh and the rest of the team at Big O Lakewood were my go to. Josh spent enough time going over several tires to be sure that I was happy with my purchase! He went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied! Great team and great new tires.
