The alignment techs were GREAT. After "complete auto" told me I needed $900 in repairs before they could work on it, I brought my 97 4Runner here after lifting it myself (former ASE certified MASTER). I explained exactly what I wanted and they did the job perfectly even installed special wheel spacers needed for clearance at no extra charge! My SUV drives and handles perfect. My ONLY issue is that I purchased new tires BFG ALL TERRAIN K2os had them installed ($1000) drove it not even 1.2 miles and didn't prefer the aggressive tread and no tread wear warranty SO I asked for a different brand YOKOHAMA AT IIs I also researched before purchase, the salesman required a $200 restocking fee which has NEVER happened anywhere else but I was in a bind. I now drive for a living and typically purchase 2 sets of tires a year but NEVER at BIG O again after that charge I know BFG wouldn't do that! I guess its back to eBay or PEERLESS, other than that I was very satisfied!

Had a blow out and brought tire in for replacement. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Great work, THANKS!

I've always had a great experience with this particular Big O Tires store, however this wasn't one of them. I specifically ordered the exact same original purchase tires I had on my Jeep, choosing to pay extra to get the right white wall look. I was told I'd get a call the next day when delivered. I never heard back. More than a week later, I called to see if the tires had been delivered and the set had been apparently set aside for return. So, I came in immediately. I didn't see the tires before mounted, but once they were it was obvious they were not exactly the same as the ones I ordered (in appearance). Nothing was offered in terms of other choices or a way to remedy the situation. At that point, I needed new tires badly enough and didn't want to wait another week, so I just accepted the set and went on my way. I was really disappointed with the exchange, especially considering I drive across town and out of my way to come to this store.

Quick in and out for an oil change and reminder that I needed new wiper blades. Done!

Got new tires on and had them check power steering because it seemed to be going out. They claimed that everything was fine with the power steering just a build up of snow that they nocked loose and should no longer be a problem. The power steering still isn't working and the entire job seemed pretty expensive. Great customer service though.

They were really busy but fit me in and got my alignment done fast. Only problem is the next morning I noticed my truck pulling to the right worse than it did when I took it in. Now the problem is getting back in to get it fixed before they close without having to take time off work. I work 7 days a week, 12-13 hrs a day. Not really happy about having to leave work early for this again

Drew, It is so nice to hear the store manager answer the phone professionally. Doesn't sound like a big deal. But it really is. Chris answers this way, ' good morning, big o tires, Chris speaking, how may I help you? ' Perfect, customer feels welcomed. The reason I bring this up. Today's young adults are so used to texting, they forget manners and it usually comes out this way in their greeting. (Name only) ie: Chris. Luckily it was a little slow at the store and i got a chance to visit with Alan. Service was great. Kevin

Drew - My daughter got snows. Her 'in car' tire pressure reader showed much over inflation. She brought it back to be adjusted. My new snows were 50#, 45#, ???, 26#. Brought car back. Pressures were adjusted. Week later, leaks. Turned out that two sensors were cracked. Manager did want to fix because he could not find sales record.

I brought my new (to me) car in for an oil change & the front desk guys looked up what other maintenance I needed to have done on it. The technicians checked everything over & reported its clean status. I appreciate the friendly & thorough service. Thank you!

Service was OK. Actual cost of work performed was padded with shop supply additional cost that was not originally quoted. Because of this, I will no longer have any worked performed at this BIG "O" location!!!

Didn't order tires: I called a week in advance to set up an appointment for my daughters car to get tires and a front end alignment.Told them what tires we wanted, discussed time and pricing of the tires.When we showed up, early thank goodness, the had NOT ordered the tires, so had to still do that.Over priced me a few dollars on each tire, and I really should have been out of there at 12:00 at the latest as they told me we also needed new shocks (really?) but I didn't get out of there till 3:00!I couldn't even sit inside as the store was filthy and the bathroom smelled.We usually use the store up in Evergreen, and their store is always clean and never had a problem with them not ordering tires on time for us.Will never use the Union Street store again.

Not much point in making an online appointment if they still make you wait 2 hours.But a mean customer who insisted she wouldn't let them do the same thing (alignment) unless they could get it done in 45 min got her way. Guess I shouldn't have been so nice about it. Then the guy comes out and tells me he can't adjust the rear alignment because ALL Hondas and Acuras have a non-adjustable camber arm so if I want that adjusted, they'll have to replace the camber arm (for only an addit'l $200). When I asked if Honda was aware of this, how could they not be alignable, and why they hadn't done a recall on it, he had no answer. You've got to be kidding. I will never go there again.

Chris greeted me by name (must have looked up my license plate on his service records), which was very professional and welcoming. I came in for an oil change without appointment. They completed it in less than two hours. I couldn't get that kind of speedy service at other shops in the area.

Brought wheels and tires in to be mounted and balanced, had no help removing them from my car to the shop. I had forgotten to have them switch the TPMS sensors and was told I'd have to pay extra for them to redo everything which I was happy to pay since it was my mistake. But shortly after agreeing I heard an employee yelling in the garage complaining about having to do them again which made me feel uncomfortable. But the wheels were mounted onto my Mercedes but they did not align the car like I asked. No big deal since I was taking my car into the shop next day. Also the TPMS sensors wouldn't go off after driving for a few minutes as one of your techs told me. When I took the car to my shop the next day I asked them to check it out and they informed me that your big o techs had put the low profile tires I bought at 60psi which was too high for the TPMS sensors to even read. I also asked to have the old tires removed from my old wheels and disposed of and I was told I would have to come back the next day because they didn't have time to do it before you closed. I showed up mid-day the next day to find the tires had not been removed and was rudely told to just take them anyways. Super poor experience, the odds of me ever returning are slim to none. Never would recommend.

These guys are awesome! Very friendly and willing to help! I had a problem arise back up with something they fixed and they told me to come in right away and they would handle it- no issues, no waiting. I really can't say there is a better shop for an oil change to a more serious engine problem within 20 miles. Dont hesitate and just go to these guys!
