You know, you've got some good, hard working people there. But even they can get waylaid by just one nimrod. I came in for a simple seasonal tire change. After the job when I drove out, the tire pressure sensor light came on. I went back and Chris (assistant mgr.?) made it right. When I went out, the light was off, but when I got up to highway speed, it came on again and stayed on. A day later I called and spoke with Brian (mgr.?), and he said to just come back and they would figure it out for me. Now, I live 100 miles away in Grand Lake, and it took another special trip down. Brian and Chris made it right, and all has been fine since. If only the person who did the job in the first place had been more careful, it would have been much simpler. I'm not at all sure I'll be back to the Lakewood location.

The staff at this Big O go the extra mile to help their customers. I had several issues that needed to be dealt with quickly and they made everything happen in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I really appreciated their effort.

Brought my car in at 7, tire went flat after a rotation, bought new lug nuts which 3 hours later were still not put on, and now have to make another trip to get them swapped out. Had to return again to get my spare tire that was missing.

Came in for an oil change, I was the first customer in the morning, it took slightly over two hours to get the oil change done and rotate the tires, Stuff at the front desk was very nice and friendly, after I left two front tires were 10 psi over them rear two tires, next day both real tires were blinking as of a low pressure, I had to go to discount tire shop to adjust all tires again. It took technician a while to reset maintenance service guide to the point when I had to show a technition YouTube video how to get it done .

I originally attempted to set an appointment six days in advance, I was not Contacted by anyone After four days so I gave them a call, I was then informed that setting an appointment online was not very effective and then verbally set up a time two days later to bring the car in. New tires were installed after two hours but one of my valvestems was leaking before even leaving the lot, leak was corrected somehow but no part was replaced, two days after new tires were installed the same tire was found to have five psi in it so obviously still leaking, Took car back in that afternoon and was told that none of the valve stems were replaced which I thought should have been a normal occurrence when new tires are put on. Apparently I have some weird valve stem but if new ones had been ordered by big o when initial appointment was set I would not had to have taken off work to come and repair a old valve stem leak.As Long as tires hold air that is not a huge issue but unlike discount tire valve stems are not automatically replaced and I don't understand why. I would only go back to big O tires if I had no other option.

I spoke with Josh on the phone when I set up my appointment. When I arrived Josh also checked me in and reviewed the service to be performed (60,000 mile check up). He was very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. There were no surprises when I went to pick up my car, nice! Thanks for doing what you said you would do!

When I called to make an appointment to get my tires changed, they told me that the tires I wanted could be there the next day and I made an appointment for 9am. The tires didn't even arrive until 11am and the store was so backed up that I didn't get my car back until 6:30pm. If they had told me that I would be missing my car all day this would be a different story but they implied that it would only take a few hours at most each time I inquired at 9, 11, and 2:30 but was continuously put off further and further until my entire Saturday was wasted. The tires are fine, the people were nice, but the fact that I was able to make an appointment that they had no way of meeting and that a simple tire change took all day was a huge inconvenience.

Honestly I was a little disappointed. I brought my car in for a tire repair that had a slow leak. The staff was all friendly and got me in for an appointment that day. I picked up and paid for the repair that same day. However, I think there must have been some miscommunication as it had not been repaired and had a flat again the next day. I ended up taking it to another place to have it fixed.

Speedometer broke. Found a way to rebuild instead of replace. Much more economical and was taken care of. Great customer service.

Installed 4 new tires on Saturday 10/28/2017. While highway driving on Sunday 10/29/2017 noticed shaking of the steering wheel and under driver and passenger seat. Had to take car back on Monday afternoon 10/30/2017. Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to have them fix the out of balance tires. This was, of course, an inconvenience and a waster of approximately 2.5 hours. No discount or other offer made for my inconvenience. I have been a regular customer for over 20 years and this will be the last set of tires I will purchase from Big O

I had an awesome experience at the Big O in Lakewood. They were very helpful, upfront and honest about what they were working on. Brian was great. He asked the right questions and repeated my problems with my car back to me to ensure that we were on the same page. I really feel taken care of after my experience. I have been buying tires there for years, but now I'm going to be visiting for literally any other service they offer to complete on my Cadillac because I know they will do a good job.

Brought in my son's Xterra for AC service. Was told there were no leaks and freon was added. $185. (reasonable). 1 day later - no AC. Took it back and was told they "missed" a leak in the hose. $200 more.

Chris and his team are honestly a group of SOLID guys. They have helped me out of some sticky situations here lately and I really trust their judgement. This is the only shop our family uses and as long as this team here we are going to continue to use this service shop.

Came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. When I asked about how long it would take, I was told my car would be pulled in immediately and it shouldn't be too long. Ended up taking about an hour. When I got home 5 minutes later, I checked my tires (one in particular is very distinct) and they had not been rotated. I called the store and asked about it and they said their tech had forgot. So basically, my truck sat in there for an hour just to get an oil change... had to go back the next morning to get the tires rotated, another 30 minute process. An hour and a half total for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Used to take us 15 minutes to rotate and balance when I worked at a busy tire shop and 20-30 minutes for oil changes when I worked at a lube shop. Not sure what the problem is here.

Very friendly and did their best to get my tires on as quick as possible. Helped with a oil cover that fell off. Will be back

Called early to get new tires. Was,told a couple of hours Never got a call back. Finally showed up. And the alignment check had not been performed
