Their tire and alignment work is fine, but they are constantly hounding me to do other work on my truck.I have a mechanic of over 20 years, who gets all of my work, and I resent this constant pestering to do more work.I probably will not buy more tires there because of this.Discount Tire is much better in this regard.

Brian was great to work with and very friendly. He worked hard to make sure we got the best deal he could find. I've been coming back for years because of the quality of service here.

I was getting off road tires for my jeep and the mounted one to check the clearance, found it would not and found the best one that would. Jeep looks great and workers great.

Time after time I continue to come back to this particular Big O Tires because it's close to my home & they tend to send out affordable offers. I have been loyal in getting my oil changes here only for quite some time (with multiple cars) but after the last couple times (including today) this will likely be the last time I come back. I dropped my car off early morning (10 a.m) & was told it shouldn't be more than an hour. I said that was fine I just wanted to make sure I would have it by noon because I had an appointment at 1 and was told it would be ready. At noon I still hadn't heard anything so I headed over and it was parked outside the garage. I asked if it was ready and told no it would still be about an hour. I let the guy know I would need to take it because of I specifically told the other guy I had an appointment. He said "Ok, you can take it"� & proceeded to check me out. No apology. I said well I guess I will have to come back for the rest of the service. I then paid upfront for my services so I would need to return. Upon getting in my car my fluids were NOT topped off as my dash board notifies me. I called the store & asked if my oil change had been finished because they supposedly conduct a 22 point inspection & top off fluids and asked if they had finished the oil change, the guy said why? I told him that my fluids were not topped off & he said "Oh well we'll have to finish that too when you come back."� Again, no apology. I went back dropped my car off for the services I already paid for to be finished. I left & said "Ok I'll be back... again."� & the guy up front rolled his eyes. Very irritated & upset with the less than expected service.

Guys did a great job with flexible timeframe fixing the suspension/steering rack/pinion on my wife's Outback. They even gave me specialist advice for some Subaru-specific work I'll probably need in the future. They're always respectful, helpful, and effectively do the work they promise. I'll keep coming back to them for tires and maintenance as long as I live in the neighborhood.

Told I needed some work done when I really didn't need it. Needed new windshield wipers and they told me I didn't. Had one of my windshield wipers break on me. Went and got windshield wipers elsewhere.

I used to go to a Big O close to home, but the Lakewood location was recommended years ago by a co-worker and I'm glad I listened! The staff is always awesome, and it's nice to see Drew (the owner) there. My service (new tires and an alignment) was completed in record time, I'll be back in a few months for my winter tires!!

Service was ok but for your prices, I'd expect more. I also had one minor request that it seems was beyond your staff's ability. I had just bought a gallon of wiper fluid. Since I was getting a couple of tires, and alignment and oil change, I had asked if you guys could fill the wipe fluid reservoir with the fluid I had just purchased. I was told yes, that wouldn't be a problem. When I later picked up my truck, I noticed the gallon jug hadn't been used. I got home and it seems that your crew has jammed/broken my hood release because I now can't get it open so that I can refill the wiper fluid. I understand that things happen, but let the customer know. Very bad for customer relations.

Overall I had a good experience and the customer service professional was very thorough on the work being done. Only thing I didnt receive was the sticker to let me know when to service my tires again. It's always helpful so I'll Mostly likely call to get my next mileage service due date. Thanks big o tires!

Went for oil change and asked for tires to be inspected for possible alignment, rotation, or just air pressure issues. Left with only an oil change and nothing done to my tires. I was told the facility did not have the equipment to align my tires (which is fine) but the air pressure was not checked and tires were not rotated. I still have a tire pressure alert in my car with the same air pressure stats as I had prior to dropping my car off, so I know the tires were not looked at. Also, the oil change indicator was not reset so I still get an alert that service is overdue. Definitely not up to par with previous service I have received from the facility in the past.

I always appreciate the great customer service and friendly faces here. I feel like I can trust the employees' recommendations and never feel taken advantage of, which is so often the case at other car repair shops.

Service was OK. Actual cost of work performed was padded with shop supply additional cost that was not originally quoted. Because of this, I will no longer have any worked performed at this BIG "O" location!!!

Sales associate didn't try to sell us the most expensive tire, he helped us pick out the right tire. Vehicle ready in one hour, 4 tire change. Excellent work.

Didn't order tires: I called a week in advance to set up an appointment for my daughters car to get tires and a front end alignment.Told them what tires we wanted, discussed time and pricing of the tires.When we showed up, early thank goodness, the had NOT ordered the tires, so had to still do that.Over priced me a few dollars on each tire, and I really should have been out of there at 12:00 at the latest as they told me we also needed new shocks (really?) but I didn't get out of there till 3:00!I couldn't even sit inside as the store was filthy and the bathroom smelled.We usually use the store up in Evergreen, and their store is always clean and never had a problem with them not ordering tires on time for us.Will never use the Union Street store again.

Not much point in making an online appointment if they still make you wait 2 hours.But a mean customer who insisted she wouldn't let them do the same thing (alignment) unless they could get it done in 45 min got her way. Guess I shouldn't have been so nice about it. Then the guy comes out and tells me he can't adjust the rear alignment because ALL Hondas and Acuras have a non-adjustable camber arm so if I want that adjusted, they'll have to replace the camber arm (for only an addit'l $200). When I asked if Honda was aware of this, how could they not be alignable, and why they hadn't done a recall on it, he had no answer. You've got to be kidding. I will never go there again.

I took my car in to follow up on rotors and brake pads that were replaced. I was told that my rear caliper was seized and grinding on my rotor, was given a quote for over $900 to replace rear pads, rotors and one caliper (plus Brake flush). $900 is a bit excessive, felt like I was being taken advantage of. I took my car to another shop, turns out the caliper was not seized and I was not overcharged. Have been a loyal customer to Big O for some time, but will not continue to be after this last experience.

This is a nice store, and very comfortable to wait in. Very helpful folks every time!
