Came by you store last week. Talked to Stephen about possible need for a power steering pump R&R because of bad leaks. He told me in his experience it was something other than the pump but suggested I come in where they would clean the area and look for the leaks. After the cleaning last Thursday while I waited Stephen told me to drive the Jeep to see where the leaks appeared and go from there. He told me that his hunch was correct and there was no leaking from the PS pump. I drove the Jeep following Stephens suggestions, the leaks continued and brought the Jeep back early Monday(1-27-2020) and left the Jeep with Victor only telling him of the previous cleaning the week before that the Jeep had leaks. Someone called me from your shop telling me the PS pump was not only leaking badly but the reservoir had an actual crack in it. Quoted a price of $403.00 but then decided the PS fluid needed to be flushed which added another $120.00 to the total. I said no as I had another shop that bid $449.51. To get it finished I agreed to a price of $479.00 and there would be no more leaks of any kind. Came in Monday night, spoke to Stephen again and he assured me that there were no leaks of any kind, that he had actually had the mechanic Hotsy the bottom of the vehicle to make sure there were no more leaks and I took the Jeep. Put a piece of fresh cardboard under the Jeep in my garage just in case and woke up Tuesday morning with a trail of looked to be oil that left a stain the size of a salad plate. I thought this might be a little overage drove on Tuesday, changed the cardboard paper and went out Weds morning to find it had leaked again. My wife dropped me off again yesterday morning about 7:09 but the store was not oped for business. I was wandering around when your mechanic/Technician Allen came up , apologized and I discussed whole sad story with him and told him I thought it was PROBABLY an oil sender unit. He thought it was probably correct but took my keys and and said they would check it again but is was an easy fix to just screw the old sender out and screw the new one in. Stephen called later that morning with a estimate of $157.00 for the repair for a $13.00 part and a .3 flat rate charge. After talking about this to Stephen I decided just to pick up the Jeep with no repair on your end. The quality of the PS pump seems good for now but my overall experience with Stephen was not I bought the part yesterday for $13.89 tax included and paid another shop .3 this morning to install. Have not decided whether to share my response on Yelp or any where esle

Guys did a great job with flexible timeframe fixing the suspension/steering rack/pinion on my wife's Outback. They even gave me specialist advice for some Subaru-specific work I'll probably need in the future. They're always respectful, helpful, and effectively do the work they promise. I'll keep coming back to them for tires and maintenance as long as I live in the neighborhood.

Was not greeted with a good morning or anything positive? Got my vehicle back without explanation of all that was performed? The attendants weren't prepared to handle my full synthetic discount coupon & I didn't receive my free 10 point check...if I was it wasn't explained. These guys were not courteois, friendly or enthusiastic? Only one computer was operating...won't be back

I used to go to a Big O close to home, but the Lakewood location was recommended years ago by a co-worker and I'm glad I listened! The staff is always awesome, and it's nice to see Drew (the owner) there. My service (new tires and an alignment) was completed in record time, I'll be back in a few months for my winter tires!!

I brought my daughters car in for a tire that kept going low and was told there was a bolt in the tire and it was repaired. The low tire sensor was still on so I thought that was odd. Well they never did repaired it, they lied. They had the car for 2 days , never called me . I came back to tell them and they said they can't help me. I used to purchase my tires here but I'm done

Overall I had a good experience and the customer service professional was very thorough on the work being done. Only thing I didnt receive was the sticker to let me know when to service my tires again. It's always helpful so I'll Mostly likely call to get my next mileage service due date. Thanks big o tires!

My last visit to your store, will be MY LAST VISIT to your store! The poor customer service I received was impacted by: * It took 2.5 hours for an oil change. I showed up at 9:30am, 30 minutes before my 10am appointment, on 30 Sept. * Your shop REFUSED to rotate my tires, even though I had paid for such service, thru a 3yr alignment package. * I was quoted $1006 to replace all the struts of my 2012 Toyota Tundra. If my research is correct, my truck has two front struts, two rear shocks. Shocks are less than 3 yrs old, so I don't know why they need to be replaced, no explanation given. * As I left the shop, my bill and keys were unceremoniously passed across the counter. I felt no appreciation as a customer, just processed and shown the door. * No one bothered to update the sticker on my windshield, indicating the mileage for my next oil change. I bought a set of four tires for my truck, the last two times I needed tires; about $1100 each time. When I was buying tires, Victor was all smiles and hellos. This time, he barely noticed me or said hello, even though I tried to engage him. Terrible, terrible customer service! Extremely Disappointed, Manny G Segarra III 303.898.5180

I always appreciate the great customer service and friendly faces here. I feel like I can trust the employees' recommendations and never feel taken advantage of, which is so often the case at other car repair shops.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. On average at most places it takes 30-45 min tops. An hour and a half later, It was finally done. Twice the timing for more cost. I know you charge for the mechanics time, and doubling the time it takes is a cheap way to get that done. Unsatisfied customer to never return. Good luck with your business.

Sales associate didn't try to sell us the most expensive tire, he helped us pick out the right tire. Vehicle ready in one hour, 4 tire change. Excellent work.

I used to always ago here, not anymore. They tried to sell my wife a brand new set of tires when she went in to just get a flat fixed. They said her other tires were no good. I PURCHASED THE TIRES LESS THAN A YEAR AGO. The refused to put her tire back on but did put the spare on. She went to Firestone where we bought the tires and they were getting ready to fix it and seen that you guys took the tire off of my wife's wheel and kept it. She Called you guys and asked to get it delivered and they said no. I Called and had some very harsh word with your manager. He said they could deliver it, but it would take a couple of hours. My wife then had to again go pick it up from you guys. She wasted a total of 3 hours of here work day to deal with your business. Firestone said the tires were absolutely fine and fixed her flat tire and she was on her way.

I had a special request on the day that I received my new tires. The only request was that I wanted wheel weights placed on the inside as not to damage chrome wheels. With this request, I specifically asked for the techs not to stack sticker weights or put weights in location anywhere around caliper. After wheels were installed I went on a four hundred Mile round trip. I kept hearing a metallic swirling noise that would eventually dimish and stop when wheels quit turning. After frustration and confusion, I took my wheels off and had found that the noise was coming from the pads. The pads were not rebounding and we're riding on the rotor. This was caused by the wheel weights colliding into tin guide crushing them so they stopped brake travel to normal rebound position. I then took time out of my day to replace them. This could have been prevented if they listened. If I wasn't mechanically inclined this problem would have isaberated to a level causing permanent damage to my newer rotors. In frustration I showed them the damaged parts they then put permanent mounted wheel weights on the outside.Techs then took damaged brake hardware and replaced weights.I was not greeted with proper responses and no care to regard or apology was given.I expected some sort of acknowledgement of wrong doing. No response and blank stares were given. At my previous tire store they took care of me and would have given a free alignment check or a discounted service of some sort.I will not be a return buyer. I believe your techs mean well, but I don't even trust them to rotate my tires because customer respect and customer service was not acknowledged. If I had been working for you I would have gone out of my way to make the customer happy so return service and customer referral would be obtained.I will be recommending discount tire to all my friends and I am very unhappy.

Straightforward, quick, and honest mechanics. Had to have my car dropped there by a tow truck, but they diagnosed and called me within an hour. Gave me a list of things the recommended, and it was in line with things I already knew. Quickly did a lot of work, and I was back on the road. I highly recommend this shop.

Had my bearings repacked on trailer. Prospective buyer pulled dust covers. all wheels had a tremendous amount of old grease. Looked like new grease was just squirted in. One was contaminated with water. Brought back to re-pak. Store only re-packed 2 wheels. Had to discount trailer sale by $300.00 as buyer said they would need to be completely re-packed. Buyer was on tight schedule from Mesa AZ and had to take as is. Store manager initially said we would have to wait until Monday to fix. We had to force the issue in order to get my buyer on his way back to AZ. In all I paid over $400.00 to Big O for a lousy sloppy job. and lost $300.00 on the sale of the trailer.
