Big O Tires

Bought 4 studded snow tires and belatedldy as told that there is small print in the ad that winter tires are not covered in the buy 3 tires and get the fourth one free. The service person was not very congenial about my confusion and said "we need to make money too" in a sarcastic manner which makes me wiser to not trust your company that I have dealt with for years. In the future, I will be wiser when I call for quotes over the phone and specifically ask for the fine print limitations upfront.. The service person asked me point blank, what are you confused about? agaim om a a sarcastic manner. I then admitted that it has to be my fault but I didn't appreciate his overt attitude quote of "what's the problem." Consequently, I will be a better shopper in the future and definitely not so determined in dealing with your company. To me, I didn't appreciate the service manager telling me it is the advertising department's problem of being purposely deceptive in their advertising while he told me it was my problem. Sometimes the company can win the battle of legalize, but winning the war depends on I was treated with respect by the service person. And your company lost the war in my mind and heart because I will not trust Big O Tires again and will look elsewhere FIRST!

I have been a devoted long time .... 20+ year patron of this Big O. I've always been treated well and will continue my business with this store (even though I have a very good friend who owns many other stores). I am now a disabled senior on a very tight fixed income and if possible, I would be grateful for some discounts on future products and service. Keep up the great work and quality employees.

Made online appointment. Told me it wouldn't take more than a few hours I left for 2 hours they were supposed to call me they never did, I came 5 hours later, they were done,car was parked outside, but no alignment , they forgot to do it..they offered to do the alignments right there while I waited but I think that they should have got it done within the 5 hours time they had .I was mad just wanted to get out of there. after getting home found out one of the Chrome Center caps that go over the wheel was missing , awful customer service , I would NOT ever go back to that store again. I should have went to Discount Tires, better customer service, better everything...

Very quick service. They do what they say and make the process very transparent. It seems no matter how busy they get they can still take care of you as soon as you need them to.

I would have left a good review, however, telling someone that has driven 2 hours to your location that it would only take 2 hours from the time of drop off to put tires and check alignment on my car and then it taking almost 7 hours to complete is ridiculous. It put out the parties that picked me up, thinking it was only going to take a few hours and then having to put off all of their day because we didn't know when we would get the call to come pick up my car. I feel this is very unprofessional.

Oil dripping from car 2 days after service. Service advisor tried to up sell a set of $700 rear struts he said was leaking. Will not return.

Appreciate the excellent communication by Brian and team in fixing my car! They did a great job diagnosing that a mouse was caught in my fan & that was causing the horrible noise & smell. Thank you again.

it is unbelievable what I was charged for an oil change, over $100. I asked for an alignment and did not get one. When I saw the total amount I thought it included the alignment. But when I looked at it closer, it was only an oil change that was charged at an exorbitant price. In addition, my mileage was input incorrectly by 200,000 miles which now shows up as inconsistent mileage on CarFax. We called to fix it and the person stated they would re-enter the information and have it corrected. Didn't happen. Beyond disappointed.

Asked the sales person if they had to tooling to take of a set of wheel locks. " Sure no problem", made an appointment a week later and waited for 2 &1/2 hours. While bringing my car back they ran over there curb scuffed the wheel. They told me they couldn't the wheel locks off. I checked my wheels around the lug nuts and found more damage. Will never take a care to this store.

There's a lot of options on where to buy a tire and then a lot of options on what tire to buy. After shopping around I was confident Josh and the rest of the team at Big O Lakewood were my go to. Josh spent enough time going over several tires to be sure that I was happy with my purchase! He went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied! Great team and great new tires.

Visited store 8/2/16 for tire rotation. Got a call saying alternator is going out and needs to be replaced. I was quoted $299 plus an hour labor, I declined. Visited auto parts store and got a free alternator check and there was no problem with alternator?? Not a good feeling being lied to, I bought tires at this location for over 20 years for all my vehicles and I will not return to this store because your staff can not be trusted. This never happened when Drew was working there.

Had a blow out and brought tire in for replacement. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Great work, THANKS!

Filthy waiting area. Inadequate parking. Obnoxious front desk staff. Going back to Discount, terrible experience.

Quick in and out for an oil change and reminder that I needed new wiper blades. Done!

My vehicle never left any drips in my garage. I got my tires balanced there and was told my steering rack was bad. After I got home there was power steering fluid basically pouring out. Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not.

The guys always do a great job and are very concerned about customer service.

Manager is rude and condescending. Buyer beware of this store. Does not give you the actual price prior to doing the repair, not totally their fault I should of pressed the issue. I was told it would be one hour so I went on a 3 mile walk came back and got to wait another hour for my car to be done. I have used this store before and each time I tell myself I will never go back however this time i only went back because Gerber had them put 2 tires on previously and I wanted to be sure the treads matched. Should of tried a different Big O store. But I do make sure to tell everyone I speak to never use them. I will continue to spread the news on how horrible this store is.
