I am very upset with my most recent experience. I went in for an oil change at the Union location, at which time I asked to also have my brake system checked as well as a rubbing noise occuring when I turn the wheel as I'm pulling out. I was told my brakes were fine and that no noise was heard. The next morning, I was having a hard time turning my wheel, then all of a sudden a large pulley and belt just fall off of my car from what I was told was part of the drive shaft. Now, I'm no expert, but things like that are usually securely bolted to the car and don't just come off. Still, I was charged $240 to fix it, even though I was just in the day before.Now my brake warning light has also been going on since I left the shop. I feel this was a set up for extra services. I have had my car serviced here many times and the only problem I had previously was also immediately following a service at this location, but was corrected without extra charge the following day. I am beyond pissed off at this situation and would like to have the situation reconciled immediately. I will also never be using your services again in the future.

I dropped my car off for an oil change and supper blades replaced at 7:30. the associate would not give me an window of time when it would be finished. I called at at 11 AM. I was told it was next and would be called when it was ready. I receive text message at 2PM. when I picked up my car not all service I request was done. I was told if I wanted to wait they could do the rest. I have purchased may tires and car services to Big O but they have lost a loyal customer.

I understand the weather was poor and it delayed the delivery of the tires I needed, but I was driving on a donut for 3 days because of the delay. What made it worse was I had to check on the status of tires. No one ever called me to update me. The day that the new tires finally came, I dropped it off at 12:30pm and hadn't heard a thing until I called at 5:40pm. After calling I was told that my car was almost done and it would be about 30 more minutes. I arrived at 6pm to find my car hadn't even gone into the shop. It was finally finished around 6:30pm. Very frustrating experience to say the least. I won't be returning.

I use Big O all the time and never experienced such poor service. Upon arriving Bryan was on the phone and completely ignoring for almost 5 min, just as I was going to leave he asked what I needed. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation, wipers, and to check all fluids, as my family and I were heading out on a trip. He said it would be an hour and a half. I received a call saying I needed an air filter which had just been replaced at my last oil change., but said go ahead and change. Upon picking up my vehicle I asked to see filter and it seemed pretty clean and could have been replaced at another time. He said all fluids had been checked and topped off and we were ready for our trip. Once I drove off the lot I put windshield fluid on to check the new wipes, only to have the fluid light come on. I was too mad to return. I stopped at the nearest store and filled the fluid myself. I have a lack of trust for this company going forward.

I received excellent service on June 3rd, 2017. Joshua was very helpful throughout my experience at Big O. Turns out I only needed an oil change . I appreciated the fact that after a 22 point check of my car he gave it a clean bill of health and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Went in to have tires rotated and balanced prior to a trip. Then took my vehicle into a my mechanic for a vibration. After looking over everything that could possibly be causing this vibration, including having the rear driveshaft re-balanced, it was determined (by another Big-O dealer) that all four tires were out of balance!! What a waste of both time and hundreds of dollars!!

I live in Winter Park and just came down for the day to get my snow tires put on. I went to a competitor first and it was going to be a 4-5 hour wait. I didn't have any other form of transportation or anyone to pick me up so I called Big O. Christian was great as he told me to come over and he'd slip me next in line. I was told it would be about an hour and a half wait. I walked to lunch and returned within the hour to the pleasant surprise that my car was already done! Thanks Christian and Big O for making my day!

Very disappointed lately. Warning lights not turned off"�unsure of quality of work given this. Told you there was a low tire light and not only is it still on. When I had you re check the pressure a screw was found in a tire. So I was an hour late for the football game. I spend all my maintenance dollars with you and I am unsure I am getting good service. Now I am in need of new tires and you say a break job"�are you inflating the work needed or do I really.

I went in for a standard oil change that I had made an appointment for the previous day. When I showed up, no one was there to help me. After a few minutes, someone emerged from the restroom and immediately answered the phone without acknowledging me. Instead of putting the caller on hold and addressing the customer in-store, and with an appointment, he proceeded to talk to the caller for several minutes about the best tires for his truck and their availability. When he finally acknowledged my presence after at least 10 minutes in the store. He was like ugh, yeah, we can fit in an oil change, even though I had made an appointment. As I had stated when making the appointment, I needed a ride back to my office, about a mile away, which I did not anticipate to be a problem since they advertise their shuttle service. When I asked to be shuttled over, this man so lacking in customer service, who also appeared to be a manger, started asking another where the keys to the truck were. When this employee said he didn't know, the "manager" started to debase him in front of me, verbally abusing him for his irresponsibility. Finally, after some searching for keys and humiliating the employee, they decided that they would use my car for the shuttle, so another employee road with me then drove back from my office. I was told I would receive a call when the oil change was completed. After several hours, I had an invoice emailed to me for almost 2K of work on my car. I called to find out why this work was necessary and they said it wasn't, but it was recommended based on mileage. I declined this work at the time and asked them to let me know when my oil change was completed. Over six hours after my original drop off, I called to see if my car was ready. They said that is was. I was not surprised that they failed to call me as they promised. I asked to be picked up at my work to collect the car. They said they would send someone right over. After about 30 minutes, I called to see if they were going to call my cell when they arrived. The man on the other end gave me attitude and said that he would have him do that. I asked when I should expect him and he said he had to finish working on a car then would be over. I was finally picked up and returned to my car, but it took so long that I was arranging for a coworker to drop me off instead. The appalling customer service and the lack of respect for their own employees will keep me from returning to this location, and probably the entire franchise, every again.

My husband brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. When he arrived home, I noticed that the driver's side front tire was low and asked him to check the air pressure. Each tire was inflated to a different level. All below manufacturer's recommended levels. If I could see that at least one of the tires was very low, why couldn't the TRAINED technician see the same. Isn't tire pressure something that is checked when you rotate the tires? Shoddy, sloppy work. Shows complete lack of care of doing a proper job. Very disappointing. Current tires were purchased at BigO. Next set will not be. Will not be bringing my vehicle back since I cannot trust you to do a good job. Interesting, lots of suggestions for things you think we should be doing to the vehicle. If you can't handle something simple like checking the air pressure in the tires during a rotation, why would I possibly let you do anything else??? In case you care, it tells me we were serviced by "Thomas Wahl"

I called for a last minute oil change and they worked me in quickly! They also let me know my car was going to be due for a fluid inspection but didn't pressure me in any way or come up with twelve things to fix. Always a good experience here!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible. The manager Brian is a terrible excuse of a manager. What kind of customer service is getting laughed at, called a liar, and being deceived. Everyone I know knows to never go to this location. Brian isn't the only problem. Chris and Josh are also terrible with customer service. Everyone I have delt with at this store is unprofessional and should not be allowed to interact with customers.

My daughter referred me to Big O and I was so glad she did. The crew there made me feel so welcomed, the wait time was reasonable and they did a great job on my vehicle. I originally went for tires but ended up having another job done on my car, they were honest about it and explained everything in terms I could understand. I will now be taking my car there for oil changes as well in the future. Thank you Big O for making my experience a great one. Your whole crew deserves thumbs up.

Terrible service. I called not once but twice to set and confirm an apt to use a coupon that could only be booked via phone. At the counter they griped at me for not printing out the coupon but said they'd go ahead and do it. No one told me I needed to in either of my phone calls, in which I stated clearly I was booking an apt for that specific coupon. When they finished they told me they only had time to do a quick oil change. The coupon was sposed to be a full inspection including tire rotation and pressure among other things. They didn't do either so I'm assuming they didn't do the other stuff on the coupon. I literally only made the apt for the inspection aspect, to make sure my car was road worthy for a trip coming up. I got none of that and was made to feel like it was my fault for having the audacity to think they would've allowed me to schedule an apt after 4pm. I knew it was close to the end of the day for them, Hence why I called twice to make sure it was ok. The entire thing was a waste of time early taken off work, money, and the trip in. Not usually one to make a fuss if service isn't perfect. But I got ripped off of more than just money. I hope nothing easily fixed is wrong with my car because that was the only time I had between now and the trip to have it looked at. And to top it all off.....I decided I should go ahead and check the oil level, despite the fact a professional just changed and filled it two days ago - to find out they didn't even put enough oil in it, to fill it to the minimum level line. Thank God I just happened to get the urge to check it an hour into my 8 hour road trip. If I wouldn't have, my engine would have been toast by the end, because it slowly Burns oil.

I worked with Brian Becker at 320 S. Union Blvd. Lakewood,Co. I purchased (4) Big O Legacy Tour Plus Blk tires on 12/30/2016 for my Juke 2016. I had NO knowledge on buying tires, Mr. Becker was very helpful and very understanding. I would and I have highly recommend Big O Tires to my family and friends.
