Big O Tires

I won't be doing business with any Big O Tires ever again. My tire never came in on the truck and managers of both stores never called me back. I moved to Winter Park. Now, I have to make a special trip to frisco to pick up the tire. Waste of time and gas. To make me happy for all my troubles. To have Big O mount and balnce the winter tire for free. Great customer service

The manager was curt and combative. Asked me if I was in system and said I was sometime ago. but wanted to know why I didn't return. I simply had moved away and come back. Frankly I did need to tell him my personal history. Also I had to push for information about the tires I purchased. He should have told me with out me asking. The worst experience, however, was in regards to the free alignment check. It was my understanding that they would do after the tires had been mounted and on the car (about noon_. They said that since I had nothing to do to check with them at about 1:30 to work me in for a check. I called at 1:20 and asked if they could do the 1:30 time mentioned previously. The manager said if I could there in ten minutes they would leave the space open for the alignment check. I said yes and drove there in the ten minute period. I pulled up to the bay with the alignment devices and rack and started to pull in when one of the staff told me to pull away since he was bringing in another car! This employee care that I had this time slot slated for my car. He insisted I pull away. I went inside and told the manager and assistant manager what took place. They said it would only be about 10 minutes. I stayed stupidly and waited the 10 minutes. it soon became 20 minutes and no update. I went down to the alignment bay and saw the same car in there that pulled in. I asked why was I told to come back at a predetermined time only to be preempted by a different customer. They said hold on for another 10 minutes. I have already done and with more time. I asked for my key and I left. I also observed that this same manager was a smart aleck with other customers during the course of my stay in the waiting area. This manager needs training in customer service!! I will never return to this location and I will tell my family and friends NOT to go to this location.

Went once and will never ever go back there again. I also let my friends and family to not go to this location. They will lie and they treat woman like we have bo knowledge of vehicles and services.

I had taken my vehicle there a couple times and I thought I was being treated well. The staff was nice enough. However, when they told me that I needed new shocks on my Jeep, they quoted me $1,000.00!! They told me that it was because the Jeep was lifted (2 1/2 inches) that the shocks were more expensive. I didn't feel this was right so I did some checking around and every shop I called for a price quote laughed at the quote I was given. I was told NO WAY should it cost that much. I found a shop that did all 4 shocks, with better than I had on, for $420.00 out the door. So, this got me thinking about the Brake job they had done for me a few months before for another $1,000.00....very upset to find out I was screwed on that too. Could have had the exact same thing done for around $500.00. I feel that it is because I am female that they felt they could over charge me. Fool me once....NEVER AGAIN. I will Never take my car there again, not even for an oil change.

I received excellent service on June 3rd, 2017. Joshua was very helpful throughout my experience at Big O. Turns out I only needed an oil change . I appreciated the fact that after a 22 point check of my car he gave it a clean bill of health and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I will return for future service and ask for Joshua! Respectfully, Lynn West

Very rushed, training new staff. The trainee was much friendlier than the others. Forgot to reset my oil change light that keeps going off. I now have to make time to take back in to have sensor cleared.

I live in Winter Park and just came down for the day to get my snow tires put on. I went to a competitor first and it was going to be a 4-5 hour wait. I didn't have any other form of transportation or anyone to pick me up so I called Big O. Christian was great as he told me to come over and he'd slip me next in line. I was told it would be about an hour and a half wait. I walked to lunch and returned within the hour to the pleasant surprise that my car was already done! Thanks Christian and Big O for making my day!

We came for a change oil and check of the break. We've been waiting for 3 hours. They got the break check but not the change oil.very frustrating. We really miss their old mechanics!

Worst experience ever 0 out of 100 stars. Brian is a liar and an all around terrible person. He is a crook and will try to take all of your money. If you have a bad experience don't expect them to even try to make it better. They will call you a liar laugh in your face and refuse to refund you. Oh and better believe that there is absolutely no professionalism he will tell other customers all about why he is right. Go anywhere but here!!!

Visited store 8/2/16 for tire rotation. Got a call saying alternator is going out and needs to be replaced. I was quoted $299 plus an hour labor, I declined. Visited auto parts store and got a free alternator check and there was no problem with alternator?? Not a good feeling being lied to, I bought tires at this location for over 20 years for all my vehicles and I will not return to this store because your staff can not be trusted. This never happened when Drew was working there.

I called for a last minute oil change and they worked me in quickly! They also let me know my car was going to be due for a fluid inspection but didn't pressure me in any way or come up with twelve things to fix. Always a good experience here!

My daughter referred me to Big O and I was so glad she did. The crew there made me feel so welcomed, the wait time was reasonable and they did a great job on my vehicle. I originally went for tires but ended up having another job done on my car, they were honest about it and explained everything in terms I could understand. I will now be taking my car there for oil changes as well in the future. Thank you Big O for making my experience a great one. Your whole crew deserves thumbs up.

I recently had my winter tires switched to all-weather tires at Big O. The next day, my low tire pressure light came on. I took it back two weeks later to have it fixed (between working full-time and having a baby it was the first chance I had to go in.) they fixed it within an hour and the light was off. The next day, it was on again. I am really frustrated that they can't get it fixed right and that I have to make the time to go in again. At this point I might take it somewhere else and get it actually fixed. I also paid $60 dollars to have my tires switched and don't feel it was worth that amount of money considering the issues I've had.

I worked with Brian Becker at 320 S. Union Blvd. Lakewood,Co. I purchased (4) Big O Legacy Tour Plus Blk tires on 12/30/2016 for my Juke 2016. I had NO knowledge on buying tires, Mr. Becker was very helpful and very understanding. I would and I have highly recommend Big O Tires to my family and friends.
