We bought a new set of tires from the store and initially felt pleased with our purchase. We did inform the employees that our tire pressure sensor indicator light was on so that they could address it while replacing our tires. They assured us that they addressed the problem but within hours after leaving the store, the light came on again. We brought the car back and they said they checked the sensor and that the tires hadn't been inflated all the way. This seemed odd since one would think that's a necessary step of installing new tires. Nevertheless, they stated that they properly inflated the tires and that they reset the indicator light. Again, within a day of leaving the store, the light came on again. We returned to the store once again and after not having the car even looked at by the promised time, they finally checked the sensors and said one was in fact broken and needed to be replaced for a cost of $90. After expressing my shock about the fact that this problem was only now being addressed at the third visit for the same issue and the price of the replacement, I stated that we would be getting the sensor replaced elsewhere for a quote that was $30 less. The manager immediately offered to replace it for that price which left me feeling like I was being swindled by the original price being suggested. Against my better judgement, I said okay and they replaced the broken sensor and sent me on my way. I left the store and within an hour the low pressure indicator light was back on indicating that there is still an issue to be resolved. We are not sure how to address this continued issue as it seems like we've gotten the run around, not been respected through this process and yet have a warranty through Big O because of our tire purchase. This is not the way to keep customers in my opinion.

I schedule an appointment to have my oil changed, Tires rotated and test the alternator. of these, on the oil was changed, Alternator was tested. The sticker in the window was not changed to indicate the next service, oil indicator was not reset to 0% and tires were not rotated. The way I verified this was on the paperwork and I was already en route to North Dakota that day. I will not be using this location again, I've had a lot of service work done here for my company truck (Enterprise Fleet vehicle) and I will be notifying them on Monday (8-7-17) of services requested and what was performed.

I used to always ago here, not anymore. They tried to sell my wife a brand new set of tires when she went in to just get a flat fixed. They said her other tires were no good. I PURCHASED THE TIRES LESS THAN A YEAR AGO. The refused to put her tire back on but did put the spare on. She went to Firestone where we bought the tires and they were getting ready to fix it and seen that you guys took the tire off of my wife's wheel and kept it. She Called you guys and asked to get it delivered and they said no. I Called and had some very harsh word with your manager. He said they could deliver it, but it would take a couple of hours. My wife then had to again go pick it up from you guys. She wasted a total of 3 hours of here work day to deal with your business. Firestone said the tires were absolutely fine and fixed her flat tire and she was on her way.

you and your staff tol me to come in at 3;30 for an oil change ... let you, personally, as you were the one who checked me in, that i needed to leave at 4;30.at 4; 25 i noticed my SUV was in the parking lot..... realized it had not moved....i wasted an hour..... you gave me some excuse about another truck,,,bla bla bla... you were not upfront...... you arenot a good manager.....

I had a special request on the day that I received my new tires. The only request was that I wanted wheel weights placed on the inside as not to damage chrome wheels. With this request, I specifically asked for the techs not to stack sticker weights or put weights in location anywhere around caliper.After wheels were installed I went on a four hundred Mile round trip. I kept hearing a metallic swirling noise that would eventually dimish and stop when wheels quit turning. After frustration and confusion, I took my wheels off and had found that the noise was coming from the pads. The pads were not rebounding and we're riding on the rotor. This was caused by the wheel weights colliding into tin guide crushing them so they stopped brake travel to normal rebound position. I then took time out of my day to replace them.This could have been prevented if they listened. If I wasn't mechanically inclined this problem would have isaberated to a level causing permanent damage to my newer rotors.In frustration I showed them the damaged parts they then put permanent mounted wheel weights on the outside.Techs then took damaged brake hardware and replaced weights.I was not greeted with proper responses and no care to regard or apology was given.I expected some sort of acknowledgement of wrong doing. No response and blank stares were given. At my previous tire store they took care of me and would have given a free alignment check or a discounted service of some sort.I will not be a return buyer. I believe your techs mean well, but I don't even trust them to rotate my tires because customer respect and customer service was not acknowledged. If I had been working for you I would have gone out of my way to make the customer happy so return service and customer referral would be obtained.I will be recommending discount tire to all my friends and I am very unhappy.

Had my bearings repacked on trailer. Prospective buyer pulled dust covers. all wheels had a tremendous amount of old grease. Looked like new grease was just squirted in. One was contaminated with water. Brought back to re-pak. Store only re-packed 2 wheels. Had to discount trailer sale by $300.00 as buyer said they would need to be completely re-packed. Buyer was on tight schedule from Mesa AZ and had to take as is. Store manager initially said we would have to wait until Monday to fix. We had to force the issue in order to get my buyer on his way back to AZ. In all I paid over $400.00 to Big O for a lousy sloppy job. and lost $300.00 on the sale of the trailer.

I have shopped at this store for 8 years; new tires, alignment, winter tire mount and have never had a complaint. They have fixed a small tire or two for naught....just a good place

Bought 4 studded snow tires and belatedldy as told that there is small print in the ad that winter tires are not covered in the buy 3 tires and get the fourth one free. The service person was not very congenial about my confusion and said "we need to make money too" in a sarcastic manner which makes me wiser to not trust your company that I have dealt with for years. In the future, I will be wiser when I call for quotes over the phone and specifically ask for the fine print limitations upfront.. The service person asked me point blank, what are you confused about? agaim om a a sarcastic manner. I then admitted that it has to be my fault but I didn't appreciate his overt attitude quote of "what's the problem." Consequently, I will be a better shopper in the future and definitely not so determined in dealing with your company. To me, I didn't appreciate the service manager telling me it is the advertising department's problem of being purposely deceptive in their advertising while he told me it was my problem. Sometimes the company can win the battle of legalize, but winning the war depends on I was treated with respect by the service person. And your company lost the war in my mind and heart because I will not trust Big O Tires again and will look elsewhere FIRST!

Made online appointment. Told me it wouldn't take more than a few hours I left for 2 hours they were supposed to call me they never did, I came 5 hours later, they were done,car was parked outside, but no alignment , they forgot to do it..they offered to do the alignments right there while I waited but I think that they should have got it done within the 5 hours time they had .I was mad just wanted to get out of there. after getting home found out one of the Chrome Center caps that go over the wheel was missing , awful customer service , I would NOT ever go back to that store again. I should have went to Discount Tires, better customer service, better everything...

I would have left a good review, however, telling someone that has driven 2 hours to your location that it would only take 2 hours from the time of drop off to put tires and check alignment on my car and then it taking almost 7 hours to complete is ridiculous. It put out the parties that picked me up, thinking it was only going to take a few hours and then having to put off all of their day because we didn't know when we would get the call to come pick up my car. I feel this is very unprofessional.
