Terrible service. I called not once but twice to set and confirm an apt to use a coupon that could only be booked via phone. At the counter they griped at me for not printing out the coupon but said they'd go ahead and do it. No one told me I needed to in either of my phone calls, in which I stated clearly I was booking an apt for that specific coupon. When they finished they told me they only had time to do a quick oil change. The coupon was sposed to be a full inspection including tire rotation and pressure among other things. They didn't do either so I'm assuming they didn't do the other stuff on the coupon. I literally only made the apt for the inspection aspect, to make sure my car was road worthy for a trip coming up. I got none of that and was made to feel like it was my fault for having the audacity to think they would've allowed me to schedule an apt after 4pm. I knew it was close to the end of the day for them, Hence why I called twice to make sure it was ok. The entire thing was a waste of time early taken off work, money, and the trip in. Not usually one to make a fuss if service isn't perfect. But I got ripped off of more than just money. I hope nothing easily fixed is wrong with my car because that was the only time I had between now and the trip to have it looked at. And to top it all off.....I decided I should go ahead and check the oil level, despite the fact a professional just changed and filled it two days ago - to find out they didn't even put enough oil in it, to fill it to the minimum level line. Thank God I just happened to get the urge to check it an hour into my 8 hour road trip. If I wouldn't have, my engine would have been toast by the end, because it slowly Burns oil.

I recently had my winter tires switched to all-weather tires at Big O. The next day, my low tire pressure light came on. I took it back two weeks later to have it fixed (between working full-time and having a baby it was the first chance I had to go in.) they fixed it within an hour and the light was off. The next day, it was on again. I am really frustrated that they can't get it fixed right and that I have to make the time to go in again. At this point I might take it somewhere else and get it actually fixed. I also paid $60 dollars to have my tires switched and don't feel it was worth that amount of money considering the issues I've had.

Made appointment 6 days in advance by phone. Upon arrival I had no appointment in their database. It was hand written on spreadsheet. Was told it would take 1-1 1/2 hours. Came back after 50 minutes and car had not been moved. Was told that they would get right on it. They may di good work when they work but I will not return. Car moved to garage 55 minutes after appointment time.

I called the Big O Store in search of new wheels and tires, and I got all my questions answered. I spoke with Josh and learned more than just what I asked. Josh was very informative about wheel widths and tire specs. A few days later I called Josh back and had him order the tires and wheels I wanted. Josh called me when they had everything ready to go. When I got to the store I was handled like an old friend and was very pleased with my dealings and service.

Check engine light came on. Went to 3 other repair facilities before I went to this Big O shop. Had a Big O coupon in my hand as I went in. Greeted promptly & with a smile by Brian Becker. Explained the symptoms to him, presented my Big O coupon, Brian along with super technician Alan Peterson, gave the diagnosis, a FAIR price to repair with no B.S. and I left it then for them to do the work. They fixed the problem, called and I picked up the vehicle the same day (how dare they).....What a hassle free experience.....Thanks!

My drivers car seat was filthy, and covered in grease when I got my car back. My hubcaps were covered in dirt and grease as well. The technician was cocky and dismissive. Your billing sheet was misleading, and things that I had refused when I was in, we're still on the bill sheet when I came to pay and pick up my car. Seemed like you guys were trying to sneak in the tire insurance even though I had refused it before.

I was getting off road tires for my jeep and the mounted one to check the clearance, found it would not and found the best one that would. Jeep looks great and workers great.

Slowest glat fox ever, I've had flats fixed faster under fire in the desert as opposed to the 2.5 hours it takes here for 1 tire.

Guys did a great job with flexible timeframe fixing the suspension/steering rack/pinion on my wife's Outback. They even gave me specialist advice for some Subaru-specific work I'll probably need in the future. They're always respectful, helpful, and effectively do the work they promise. I'll keep coming back to them for tires and maintenance as long as I live in the neighborhood.

Got good advice on tires but was called and told that my TPMS sensor was busted but my light wasn't on when I got there and my husband talked to Brian the manager and he argued and said it wasn't broken and tried to say they found it broken and my TPMS light wasn't on so it was malfunctioning..... BUT after I drove on it for after I drove it to work, the. home the light DID one on and my owner's manual even said once you lose a sensor it will take a few miles of driving and THEN the light warns you. So again, my light was NOT on when I dropped it off....and when I got the call that is was broken and was going to be charged for it I knew something wasn't right. It's my husband's car so I alerted him and he went there only to be argued with and made to go to our dealership who recently replaced a different sensor and verified all sensors responded after fixing. We felt lied to. If Brian was being honest then I feel one of his mechanics was not and tried to cover it up. Either way, something sketchey happened and I won't be returning.

I used to go to a Big O close to home, but the Lakewood location was recommended years ago by a co-worker and I'm glad I listened! The staff is always awesome, and it's nice to see Drew (the owner) there. My service (new tires and an alignment) was completed in record time, I'll be back in a few months for my winter tires!!

I merely went in to get two leaking Big O tires repaired. When I left, my right CV joint was making horrendous racket. I've come to realize that one of your "mechanics" made the rookie mistake of jacking up the car using the CV axle rather than a proper lifting point on the car. So, either your mechanics are too ignorant to know where to properly place a jack or worse, they are trained and don't care enough about a customer's vehicle to lift it properly. I will NEVER return to a Big O store as the quality of service at every location I've been to has dropped off significantly in the past year or so. This latest event takes the cake!!

Overall I had a good experience and the customer service professional was very thorough on the work being done. Only thing I didnt receive was the sticker to let me know when to service my tires again. It's always helpful so I'll Mostly likely call to get my next mileage service due date. Thanks big o tires!

Came in at lunch hour - had discovered that my rear passenger tire was flat, just needed a patch. Was greeted well and assured that my issue would be addressed and would receive a call upon completion. Shared that I worked nearby and would walk back over after work. 5 plus hours later, not having received a call, I walked back over. It was 5:35 when I walked in - the place was a mess, papers everywhere, no staff, phone ringing - I waited patiently for a staff member to come out who first took a call, then acknowledged me. I gave my name and make/model of car I was picking up. He couldn't find the ticket or keys, then when into the garage to inquire - came back to inform me the car hadn't been touched, nothing done and no apology or explanation. I requested my car be brought out to me and left - will never go to a BIG O Tire again. BIG O Sloppy mess of a business.

I always appreciate the great customer service and friendly faces here. I feel like I can trust the employees' recommendations and never feel taken advantage of, which is so often the case at other car repair shops.
