Big O Tires

Oil dripping from car 2 days after service. Service advisor tried to up sell a set of $700 rear struts he said was leaking. Will not return.

I had my car all set up to receive routine maintenance at the dealership this past weekend, but I called to compare prices with Big O and received such excellent customer service from Chris that I decided to cancel my appointment and schedule with Big O, instead! These guys are friendly, professional, and they do an excellent job with my car.

it is unbelievable what I was charged for an oil change, over $100. I asked for an alignment and did not get one. When I saw the total amount I thought it included the alignment. But when I looked at it closer, it was only an oil change that was charged at an exorbitant price. In addition, my mileage was input incorrectly by 200,000 miles which now shows up as inconsistent mileage on CarFax. We called to fix it and the person stated they would re-enter the information and have it corrected. Didn't happen. Beyond disappointed.

Brian and his team really know how to provide the highest quality service and what is important to customers. You are an important customer when you walk in the door. And they have a lovely and comfortable approach. I highly recommend them for the quality and speed of their service.

Asked the sales person if they had to tooling to take of a set of wheel locks. " Sure no problem", made an appointment a week later and waited for 2 &1/2 hours. While bringing my car back they ran over there curb scuffed the wheel. They told me they couldn't the wheel locks off. I checked my wheels around the lug nuts and found more damage. Will never take a care to this store.

I received one coupon for Synthetic oil change for $ 49,99 . I went to TIRE KINGDOM 100 W Hallandale . 33009 . And MANNY was the sales person. I came with a lexus ES . They wanted to charge me $ 79,00 saying my car has 6,4 quarter and the coupon was up to 5 quarter . I asked if they can honor the coupon for $ 49,99 .And I insisted and the sales person was extremely rudy . And asked me to leave the store. I didn't raised my voice, I was polite . Just ask to honor the coupon. And don't come with a fake promotion or hidden fees. This sales person MANNY need to have a better training in how to keep business. I came in the same location for tire kingdom for over 15 years and because of this MANNY guy they lost a good client . I hope Derek Brimm the store manager is able to see this review and apologize me for this unacceptable Manny behavior. 3 STAR for tire Kingdom 0 STAR FOR MANNY.

Went in to get an oil change, Stephan calls me and says they did an inspection and found a loose control arm on my car(I felt something weird a couple weeks ago) he explained to me what was going on gave me options and walked me through it! Such an amazing man! Being a woman it's always a worry to get scammed at the auto shop but he is so trustworthy he's earned a customer for life thanks Stephan! Will come back in 3-5000 miles for my tire rotation and oil change!

This is the best place to get your car worked on, period!
