Big O Tires

Price was $15 dollars more than quoted on the phone, grease marks on car and new chips appeared on black wheels. Very dirty environment.

Sales associate didn't try to sell us the most expensive tire, he helped us pick out the right tire. Vehicle ready in one hour, 4 tire change. Excellent work.

We bought a new set of tires from the store and initially felt pleased with our purchase. We did inform the employees that our tire pressure sensor indicator light was on so that they could address it while replacing our tires. They assured us that they addressed the problem but within hours after leaving the store, the light came on again. We brought the car back and they said they checked the sensor and that the tires hadn't been inflated all the way. This seemed odd since one would think that's a necessary step of installing new tires. Nevertheless, they stated that they properly inflated the tires and that they reset the indicator light. Again, within a day of leaving the store, the light came on again. We returned to the store once again and after not having the car even looked at by the promised time, they finally checked the sensors and said one was in fact broken and needed to be replaced for a cost of $90. After expressing my shock about the fact that this problem was only now being addressed at the third visit for the same issue and the price of the replacement, I stated that we would be getting the sensor replaced elsewhere for a quote that was $30 less. The manager immediately offered to replace it for that price which left me feeling like I was being swindled by the original price being suggested. Against my better judgement, I said okay and they replaced the broken sensor and sent me on my way. I left the store and within an hour the low pressure indicator light was back on indicating that there is still an issue to be resolved. We are not sure how to address this continued issue as it seems like we've gotten the run around, not been respected through this process and yet have a warranty through Big O because of our tire purchase. This is not the way to keep customers in my opinion.

I schedule an appointment to have my oil changed, Tires rotated and test the alternator. of these, on the oil was changed, Alternator was tested. The sticker in the window was not changed to indicate the next service, oil indicator was not reset to 0% and tires were not rotated. The way I verified this was on the paperwork and I was already en route to North Dakota that day. I will not be using this location again, I've had a lot of service work done here for my company truck (Enterprise Fleet vehicle) and I will be notifying them on Monday (8-7-17) of services requested and what was performed.

I will bring my car back for more service like struts or shocks

I received one coupon for Synthetic oil change for $ 49,99 . I went to TIRE KINGDOM 100 W Hallandale . 33009 . And MANNY was the sales person. I came with a lexus ES . They wanted to charge me $ 79,00 saying my car has 6,4 quarter and the coupon was up to 5 quarter . I asked if they can honor the coupon for $ 49,99 .And I insisted and the sales person was extremely rudy . And asked me to leave the store. I didn't raised my voice, I was polite . Just ask to honor the coupon. And don't come with a fake promotion or hidden fees. This sales person MANNY need to have a better training in how to keep business. I came in the same location for tire kingdom for over 15 years and because of this MANNY guy they lost a good client . I hope Derek Brimm the store manager is able to see this review and apologize me for this unacceptable Manny behavior. 3 STAR for tire Kingdom 0 STAR FOR MANNY.

This is a nice store, and very comfortable to wait in. Very helpful folks every time!

Straightforward, quick, and honest mechanics. Had to have my car dropped there by a tow truck, but they diagnosed and called me within an hour. Gave me a list of things the recommended, and it was in line with things I already knew. Quickly did a lot of work, and I was back on the road. I highly recommend this shop.

Got my daughters car in for a brake job and tire rotation on a Saturday morning. They were very fast and did a fantastic job on the brakes. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. I recommend them among the best in Lakewood for tires and service!
