Every time we come in, the staff is very welcoming and familiar. This time we needed a differential replaced. Everyone at this store was helpful in getting the part, working with our warranty provider and keeping us informed on their progress. Overall the work was done almost a week sooner than we were quoted. I will always seek out this big o over any others, including ine that is 15 miles closer to me. Great job Breck and team!

Devon was awesome. I called first to get info. He was very helpful. Then when I went in to talk about my tires, he took time to listen to my concerns then offered an awesome resolve. I live in an apartment and was trying to delay purchasing new tires until spring, or at least 2 more months. My tire kept losing pressure. Devon checked the tire. Offered to check to see if they could patch it up and they did. This will buy me time to purchase tires so I don't have to figure out where to store my snow tires. Saved me a nervous breakdown. Lol. I really appreciate his honesty and customer service. The mechanic was super quick. I was amazed how respectful the crew was. I will definitely be back for an oil change and new tires. I almost didn't go to big O because of the wheat ridge store. About 2 years ago, I purchased all four tires because one has a blow out. The other three were brand new. I asked them to give me the 3 old tires so I could store them. They forgot to give them to me. I tried to return to the store but due to work, I couldn't make it by closing. I wasn't too happy with the work. The Lakewood store totally changed my outlook on big O. Thank you!!!
