Big O Tires

took my wheels and tires to discount first and they were scared to put a 195/50 on a 15x8 and theee guys did it no problem. i will never go back to discount, this is the 3rd time they've dicked me around, and it was the last. not only did they mount and balance the tires, they used only sticky weights on the inside so there's no seeing the ugly weights. good guys here, will definitely be taking wheels and tires get from now on.

I had a right front tire that kept losing air. The tire was repaired after they found a small nail in it. I wanted to pay for the service but there was no charge! Thank you Stephen Mejia, Assistant Manager! Highly recommended!

Every time we come in, the staff is very welcoming and familiar. This time we needed a differential replaced. Everyone at this store was helpful in getting the part, working with our warranty provider and keeping us informed on their progress. Overall the work was done almost a week sooner than we were quoted. I will always seek out this big o over any others, including ine that is 15 miles closer to me. Great job Breck and team!

many time repeat customer! when I need something mechanical done with my vehicle, simply put, I trust them. All "routine" services such as oil and filter changes, tire rotations and repairs, etc., are always done correctly. If something repair-wise is needed, technician Alan is a *master*. There are lots of people in the car repair business. When you find someone you can trust, stick with them. I have found who I can trust!

I am not sure I received a tire rotation, although it was promised. It was not listed on my receipt, and I doubt that it was done??

Grant really helped me out when picking out some new tires for my car. I was worried I wouldn’t get good tires for my vehicle with all the snow and everything, but Grant was very knowledgeable and really helped me pick the best tires.

customer service was great, the employees were quick and efficient, this is not human error by any means and I am not looking for a money refund, I went in on March 29 with my Nissan 2001 pathfinder, had a heavy vibration on the upper left tire anytime I accelerated to 60-70 MPh, (annoying), so I had my tires rotated and balanced, the vibration is still there, only in the back now and happens when I decelerate from those speeds, any suggestions? Again this is not a negative review

I took my vehicle in for a tire balance & rotation. I ended up replacing the air filter, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and oil change. I did not plan on having the much needed additional work done or the expense. Alan and Brian understood my concern and offered a coupon to help with the cost.I will be taking my vehicle here for all future services. Additionally, I have recommended this Big O location to my family and friends who have said they will now be taking their vehicles here to be serviced.

Devon was awesome. I called first to get info. He was very helpful. Then when I went in to talk about my tires, he took time to listen to my concerns then offered an awesome resolve. I live in an apartment and was trying to delay purchasing new tires until spring, or at least 2 more months. My tire kept losing pressure. Devon checked the tire. Offered to check to see if they could patch it up and they did. This will buy me time to purchase tires so I don't have to figure out where to store my snow tires. Saved me a nervous breakdown. Lol. I really appreciate his honesty and customer service. The mechanic was super quick. I was amazed how respectful the crew was. I will definitely be back for an oil change and new tires. I almost didn't go to big O because of the wheat ridge store. About 2 years ago, I purchased all four tires because one has a blow out. The other three were brand new. I asked them to give me the 3 old tires so I could store them. They forgot to give them to me. I tried to return to the store but due to work, I couldn't make it by closing. I wasn't too happy with the work. The Lakewood store totally changed my outlook on big O. Thank you!!!
