I have use this Big O location for the past 10 years. They always take care of me and everybody there is very professional.

Single mother"�I came in the store to ask if they would replace a new tail light lens on my car for the one that was cracked. Brian didn't hesitate to take care of it for me. And, I also needed four new hubcaps installed, as well. Again, very willing to help me quickly! I brought home sugar cookies as a small thank you for their assistance at no charge!! I would highly recommend using this store!!

They were able to take care of a flat tire right away for me I left it so that I can go take care of other things and picked it up later on in the day.

This Big O tire shop has been the best.I have used them for the past fifteen years with all three of my cars-two Volvos and now my Honda Crosstour.They have always treated me well and doneoutstanding service. This time, rotation and balancing took only twenty-five minutes and I was on my way.It always helps to make an appointment which I do.

Every time I come in there, the employees are amazing.they explain everything to in detail what's going on with my car. They explain the numbers so I don't have any questions about my payment. My car always gets fixed in a timely manner. I will only go to that big o. I've recommended this location to several people. They really do make sure my car is safe for me.

I was late to my appointment due to my tire going flat. When I showed up late the guys were super nice and still got me in and they were able to fix my flat in a timely manor. So thankful. Very nice group of guys.

Andrew went out of his way to help me with my brake light after checking for a tire leak. Then he showed me the grooves in my rotors and had already written up a quote, but I felt no sales pressure (I hate sales pressure). I had the brakework done by the crew the next day.

Everyone was professional and friendly. The wait time was a bit shorter than originally thought. When someone came in after me and pressured then to take him first, they quoted the same tune they had told me. I really appreciated that. I will definitely be back! Thanks so much for the great service!
