They got me in for a flat tire when Big-O-Tire of Evergreen couldn't fix it for 2 days! (BTW, Big-O of Evergreen is TERRIBLE!..no way Ashley should be in a customer service position) Excellent service and speed of repair! Good job Brian!

Everyone was very helpful and accomidating. They made sure to show me where the hole was in my tire as well as explain that they were able to patch it rather than purchase a new tire.

The last manager Victor was great and the new manager Breck is even better. I have had mechanic service done here, as well as regular maintenance, and they always give it to me straight, and the price is better than the mechanic across the street.

These people are the best. Do great work each time i have been in for service.

Alan was very thorough with the inspection and found what was wrong. Breck was fantastic as always and was able to locate the parts needed and together they were able to complete the work the same day. The professionalism and The fact I am not pushed into buying something shows great care for your customers. It is hard to find a shop That I trust and your store is thank you.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I got lucky but i have a weird tire size. They ordered, picked up and installed my tires within 24 hours and i was only in the shop for 30 min to get them installed. (Like i said weird tire size so i can NEVER get them installed same day for the price i got.

I was able to get new tires and an oil change/winterizing check all in one afternoon. And everyone with whom I came in contact was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Great service and friendly staff. Kept me informed.
