Salida Big O always has prompt and great service.

Worked our flat tire in within two hours of arriving at the store. When we came back the work was completed it less than 15 minutes and we were back on our way!

I go to the shop any time I have an automotive problem and they always diagnose it quickly, tell me their recommendations and then set up an appointment to get it fixed as soon as possible!! They always instruct me as to whether it will hurt to drive it or if I should park it until fixed!!

Oil changed and tires rotated and balanced in an hour while I waited in the store and used their customer WIFI. Gave me credit for my Mazda brand gasket and filter.
