I telephoned to set up an appointment and spoke to a Robert Weikel. I met Mr. Weikel who timelessly set up my vehicle for servicing. Initially, my car was provided an all wheel alignment and front wheel balancing. Upon, initiating the balance tires were checked out by staff who identified two badly wore tires one being located on the front. This tire had apparently worn off the rubber compound near the side wall showing the metal mat casing. He advised me that this was a serious safety concern and that I should replace the tire as soon as possible. Because my vehicle was an all wheel vehicle and another tire was also badly worn, I purchased 4 new tires with a savings to boot from Mr. Weikel. All staff were very polite and helpful along with teamwork. Good Moral amongst the staff was present reflecting their teamwork. Job Well Done!
