I was going to get new rims and snow tires because I thought the cost of swapping each season was a per tire vs the whole set cost. They explained that it was much cheaper than I thought, so not worth the cost of purchasing new rims. Swap charge is about the same either way. Charges were exactly as quoted and completed much quicker than predicted.

Appointment time was kept, work started and finished on time, they did quality work, and didn’t try to upsell a bunch of stuff I didn’t need nor want.

It took just 1/2 hour to get my tires changed, and they were also able to check the fluids in the car. The best part was hearing that everything was in great shape, delivered with a level of highly professional competence, kindness, and reassurance.

The Associate that met my car's needs was through and kept me informed as the diagnosis was made and the work progressed. He made certain I was given every discount for which I was eligible. I felt the care for my vehicle was of highest priority, As I had to wait for the service on my car to be completed, U had the opportunity to hear the interaction between other customers and other Associates, The same care wsasd evident in their transactions as well.
