Allen did a tremendous job fixing my exhaust leak and replacing my radiator. I thought they installed Flowmasters it sounded so good the next morning when I fired it up. Thanks for everything you do for us. I'll be back for my alignment this May. Keep up the good work. This place is the best

Called to make appointment in pm. Offered appointment next day am Asked to install my Catalytic Converter shield. Roland offered an estimate. The install took less time than he estimated and he revised the cost.

I had a flat tire, which could not be fixed. They advised me that I would have to buy a new tire. I had a warranty on the tire from another store. They happily put the spare tire back on, so I could go to the other store for the warranty. They did not charge anything, and did not try pressure sales to buy a tire from them. They were all just really friendly.

Ira Brown and his co-work(unsure of name), were very friendly and held a nice conversation with us, and Ira was very easy to communicate with and answer our questions with answers we understood.

I have used Big O before snd keep going back re their efficiency, honesty and knowledge and great at communicating.

The whole experience was as good as it could possibly be. The team fixed a puncture, checked air pressures, covered the drivers seat and checked the tires. My grandson was given a company tee shirt and the cost for everything was zero. What a friendly and efficient team with a real focus on customer service. I will certainly be back when I replace the tires.
