Roland communicated with me so well about the whole process from picking the tires all the way to check out. There were internet issues in the area and the staff figured solutions out that were super easy for customers!

The people are great, but overall experience in total including the store on Bowels in Littleton, I probably won't use Big O for mechanical issues, I will still buy tires from you.

Used their services before always satisfied, great service and great mechanics.

Only issue was two green valve stem caps were left off, black ones put on even though tires were filled with nitrogen. Other two tires had green caps on.

Normally, when I have a vehicle serviced, I am pressured to have things replaced or repaired that are not necessary, but this time, not only did that not happen, the vehicle was ready in record time! Very impressed.

I had a sudden vehicle emergency after hitting a rock on my way up to Evergreen. My vehicle died right in the entrance of Big O Tires. It was the first car shop I could find off I-70 and I knew something was wrong and could no longer operate my vehicle. The Big O' Staff were sincere in helping me in my time of need. They pushed my vehicle to the parking lot and still took the time to check the issue despite a very busy and loaded schedule. I was truly impressed by their customer service (even for an unexpected customer). I greatly appreciated their help and my vehicle was towed from Big O the next day since it was a transmission issue otherwise I would have had this shop perform the work. Next time I have any other car needs, I will definitely be coming to the Evergreen Big O Tires because they are simply great!

I had a flat tire on my car. My neighbor helped to inflate the tire so I could drive it to someone to look at the tire. Big O was closest so I went there. When I expained my siutation the associate said the drive it to first bay so his staff determine the problem. He quickly saw a nail/screw in the tire. Quickly took it off the car and fixed it within 30 minutes. I walked in with no scheduled time. They took care of me quickly and efficiently.

They did everything to get us back on the road as quickly as possible . Very friendly and helpful in all ways. They went above and beyond to assist us in our work travels

Representative was polite. Serviced my needs immediately and I was done. I’ve purchased tires here in the past. Took another vehicle I own to have flat repaired and there was NO charge; that’s impressive!
