The day I had an appointment for Special Ordered Tires one of your mounting machines stopped working. I arrived early for my appointment and the natives (customers) were very restless and upset... Being a fellow small business owner, it was after 4:00 pm I asked if the team had lunch and Cole told me most hadn't. I ordered 4 x-large pizzas for your crew and customers. Unfortunately, I didn't realize Cole was allergic to mushrooms:) I wasn't out of there until almost 6:30pm. Life happens

I was 1000 miles away from home and had two flat tires Jake helped me pick out a set of four Big O Big Foot tires.

My service was amazing

Jacob Bingham was very nice, professional and a complete gentleman.

We were in Craig when a tire on my 5th wheel trailer went flat. I brought it in for repair on a Friday morning when they were very busy. They showed me that the tire was not repairable and presented a very fair price to replace it. Within an hour I had my new tire and continued on my Journey. Very friendly people. Prices were affordable.

I had a 10am appointment, but thought it was at 11am. They still got me in and took care of me. They didn’t even tell I was an hour late.

They got me in quick, aligned my vehicle and fixed a whole slew of issues with my steering. Being the only shop in Craig that had openings, they saved my car from having to endure a trip to Alabama with improperly aligned steering. Thanks guys!

As soon as I walked in they were able to take my car back. They used the parts that I had which cut the price in half which was fantastic. I told them I was going on a long trip soon and they did a full look over and free rotation for me. This was exceptional because I am a college student and was hoping to get things done well and for a decent price.
