Excellent service! I had a screw in my front tire and it needed to be replaced. They replaced it on a Saturday and did it quickly. Super friendly staff.

Briant Cummings was awesome he made sure I was fully taking care off. He was very welcoming, treated me like one of his own.

Excellent service. Just surprised how prices are between stores for tires balance service. 2 stores on the same county just few miles apart, $ 7.00 gap on prices, way too much. Unfortunately I had to pay $ 19.99 per tire. The other store charge $12.99 per tire.

I had a check engine light and then was nice enough to check and make sure it was safe to drive the car before I arrange to bring it in the next day. My repair was covered under a warranty of work. I had done there before I feel like other people wouldn’t have been honest about that and charged me and I have a lot of respect for Big O doing so and also adding nothing else on. I will always bring my car there.

Routine tire rotation. There was a wait time of about 3 hours. A day after the rotation two tires had low pressure.

Jeremy worked with me and got everything lined up and their master mechanic fixed the problem and my car is running as great as it ever has Big O has a customer for life. I absolutely feel lucky to have this wonderful resource available to me. Thank you Big O!!
