Big O Tires

Mike S. is AWESOME! I had a low rear tire which I inflated each morning before work. Obviously had a leak but I was so busy with work it would be a couple more days until I had time to get it looked at. Was driving by this location, had a few extra minutes, so decided to ask if someone could take a look. Mike took my keys, had the tire repaired and I was back on the road right away. Thank you, Mike, for being so considerate of my time and safety. You made me a forever customer!

Great price. Great service. Staff went above expectations. My service advisor Joe was more than accommodating to my car and me. I was on crutches during my vist and brought my own chair for ease of getting back up. During my service that I waited for everything went as planned, I needed nothing but I am sure that if I had it would have not need a problem. When the repair was done Joe's partner another service advisor saw that my car was parked in the last parking spot and jogged out to back it up to the door then carried my chair out and put it in my trunk. Very good experience

I was helped quickly and treated with respect and understanding. I was given multipule options for types of sevices and tires without any preasure to get the most expensive. My car was done extremely fast and I left feeling like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Thanks to Briant I will be coming back to BigO Littleton for all my car needs.

Please read this. My vehicle has over 150,000 miles on it. I brought my car to Big O on Bowles. Jeremy was very nice and very helpful. He answered all of my questions. He was great at calling me with updates. Best of all, my car runs better than it has in years. I thought it's best days were over but the team at Big O really found the problems and today I feel like I have a new car. I pass this place all of the time and they're always busy. Ladies - Jeremy is patient and you can ask questions. I'm very grateful for hard working people who came through and really helped me feel safe in my vehicle. Thanks Jeremy and the whole Big O Team!
