I love the store every time I've had something wrong I've gone in and talked to Justin and he is absolutely amazing all the guys are I couldn't ask for a better repair shop for tires or anything else I just love this place

Briant Cummings explained all service work to be performed along with pricing. Promised vehicle would be ready before noon that day and it was. In fact, 12 days later returned to Briant and requested he replace already purchased wiper blades as a courtesy since I had planned to drive to the snowy mountains next day. He obliged and did not charge. I was forever grateful. Very professional and friendly service.

Even with a full house, the staff was juggling all the jobs and doing a wonderful job!

I brought the car in on a very busy day. I told them I was in no rush and they offered to keep the car overnight since I didn’t need it. They kept the car inside overnight and it was ready first thing in the morning. It suited me perfectly.

Dan did a great job getting my car in right away and it was delivered when promised.

My tire blew out on the interstate. I live 12 hours away. I went to four others tire shop and explain how I have no where to stay and need my tires fix. This company was the only one that had the heart to fix my tires late in the afternoon, when they were busy.

They were awesome. They looked at my car and got services approved that I did not know I needed. It was a safety issue, and this is a company car.

I had a terrible experience at Pep Boys on Wadsworth and Belleview so I decided to give Big O a chance and the experience was excellent! I will only go to Big O on Kipling and Bowles from now on.

The representatives gave me informed selections, and the proper guidance necessary for me to make the best decision for my vehicle. It was a quick, easy, seamless process.

Brought in the tire and dropped it off. Store manager looked up my phone number, noted that I had road hazard and quoted me a very fair price. Tire was not in stock, but arrived the next day. Son brought in the vehicle and they mounted the wheel with new tire and replaced my spare under the vehicle. Extremely satisfied.

I have used Big O Tires in the past and tried someone different prior to this last service. The customer service was difficult to get done with the other. I just moved into the Littleton area and decided that I needed to return to some of the best service I've had from any company. Thank you as a new long term customer!

About to head to Grand Junction tonight and they got me in at the last minute for a tire rotation and balance. Super friendly and I'm looking forward to the next visit
