I highly recommend this Big O store. Dan and Victor were wonderful to me. Dan gave me several options of better tires than I experienced from Firestone and at a much lower price. The first time I came in to check on prices, Dan was very helpful, but did not pressure me into making any decision. I really appreciate the professionalism I experienced from both Dan and Victor. I received a free tire and oil change. They know how to serve the public well. Thanks so much!

I always have good, honest experiences at this location. The associates are consistently courteous and friendly. Service is typically performed in the time estimated. This time is was less time!

Clinton is a wonderful asset to the organization, he is patient, very welcoming and does not try to sell you stuff you do not need. Austin was very professional in answering the extremely busy calls, as Judd was maintaining the staff. I was able to get in and out with no hassle or delay. I will be going back again, you can count on that.

I showed uo with a flat tire, I tried to fix the nail puncture myself but didn't succeed. They pumped my tire up with air and we determined I needed them to fix it for me. I had a birthday party I was heading to and needed my service done as fast as possible. They gladly took my truck in and within 30 minutes I was on the road again. I was super happy with how fast they got my truck in and how fast they did the repair. I am Definitely going to buy my next set of tired from Big O simply because of the awesome customer service they gave me.

Each time I have my car serviced at the W. Bowles location in Littleton I'm always extremely happy with the service they provide me.They are very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

Came in with a flat tire. Associate came to look at it and promptly got it in the shop for repair. Repair happened quickly, turns out there’s an issue with the part the tire attaches to so the employee at the desk explained it to me and gave me an estimate. Was really surprised how quickly everything was done considering I didn’t have an appointment and they seemed super busy.

very satisfied with the service and how far this location has come. A few years back I stopped coming to this location due to poor service and horrible customer relations. Thank You it is now a pleasure to have quality service back in my neighborhood.

They serviced my truck a week ago repaired a flat tire that had a screw in it they did it very promptly and they were very professional about it and friendly I will be using them in the future

I came in with what I thought was just a wheel alignment, but John informed me that I had a broken control arm. They checked for parts and couldn’t find one but they didn’t stop trying to help me! They called Nissan as soon as they opened and got me the part I needed that day and had my car fixed THREE HOURS later!!! Even throughout my complicated cash out process (on my part), they were super patient and very understanding! I will definitely be returning to THIS location because of John and Jose and telling everyone I know to come here as well!!! Thank you guys so much for an amazing job well done!!

Needed an alignment, was contacted that tie rods were seized. Was quoted a price but later found out quote had not included parts. Salesman contacted manager and they did the job for less than original quote as they apologized for giving incorrect initial quote. Very impressed with their conscientiousness.
