As usual, I got friendly, professional service. I've had a slow leak in one tire, and Big O guys too care of me quick. My son took his truck in as well for a rotation and oil change. We always buy at Big ), and we are always treated with respect and kindness. I'm never treated 'like a girl', which is fantastic. I don't take well to that. Big O always treats me well.

Victor took the time to explain the questions I asked about wheel alignment. I was enlightened by his answers. They don't cut corners on their service

My tire pressure light was on and none of the tires appeared flat or low. Ricky was very helpful and suggested we check the pressure. We added air to all the tires, but the light remained on. The next day, I came back and Ricky had the technicians remove the tires and dunk them. They didn't have any holes or nails and the indicator was reset. The service was quick and there was no charge for this service. I will be back since we always buy our tires at Big O.

The check-in guy was over worked and yet very friendly! He needs a raise at the least! He really went above and beyond! He went and picked up 24 tires from the warehouse when the ret of the big o team let him down. Huge asset to the big o team!

Needed some "big milestone" service work done on my vehicle. First and foremost, the team completed the work in the time they quoted -- that's a big deal when I don't have my truck for an entire day. Second, the team exceeded expectations by honoring their original quote AND honoring current discounts from mailers.
