John called and set up an appointment for me right away. He also let me know promptly when my tires were in stock. He promptly let me know when my car was ready for pick up. Overall great service.

Mike went out of his way, even going to Ace Hardware across the street, to pick up three missing screws for my air filter.

Daron (Darren) was extremely helpful to me yesterday...January 7, 2018. I cannot thank you and him enough. He was very considerate, helplul , and helped me in a desperate situation. Also the other gentleman who was working at 3:30 to 4:00. Please compensate them. I hope they benefit greatly from their kindness to me and my daughter. Making the repair for free. First of all, we needed tire service on a Sunday and were extremely pleased this location was open. I called first, and was told they would fix our tire, but couldn't be sure how long it would take, as there were 5 others in front of us. That was fine, my husband followed me so that we could leave the car. The tire was fixed in a timely manner, and to our amazement, we were not charged for the service!!! The manager was extremely kind and generous. We will definitely use this location for future services/purchases and recommend them to our family/friends!

Ended up having a spring in my tire! Didn't make an appt but they were able to get me right in! Didn't take much time at all!! Great service!!

Visits to the tire store can be stressful and expensive. I even bought my own tire changing tool because I always felt like I was being "up sold" or told that my tires needed replaced when I felt I still had adequate tread. My experience with my local Big O has changed that. The guys in my store are always friendly and helpful. I took my wife's tire in to be repaired as she had picked up a nail somewhere. I was just too busy to un-mount it, patch it, and re-mount it, so I took it in, half expecting to be told it couldn't be repaired, and prepared to spend as much as $40. To my delight, the Big-O guys fixed it in less than an hour and didn't charge me a dime, even though, I bought those tires on Craigslist. I am so appreciative, that I will buy my next set of tires from my local Big O.

I got a quote for wheels and tires. The person who helped me was great. I will be making the purchase after I get the check I have been waiting on.

Mike S. helped me get new tires on my car. He was very helpful in offering best suggestions and even drove to a nearby location to go pick up the tires I wanted. I was in and out of Big O in about 45 minutes which was very impressive considering he drove to go get the tires. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Definitely recommend Mike and the crew at the Littleton Big O!

Derek Johnson (manager of the West Bowles location in Littleton, CO) helped me. He was very professional, courteous, patient, and honest. He took the time to answer my questions, provide feedback, and give me input. I esp appreciate that he was honest about the condition of my tires and my brakes. I was told by a dealer repair shop that my brakes were at about 20% & needed to be replaced. Derek said my brakes still had another 10-15k miles left. So, he just saved me several hundred dollars and provided me with peace of mind :)
