Had a flat tire that needed to be repaired immediately. I dropped the car off and it was ready the next morning.

I have been using this Big O store for many years and many vehicles. They have competitive pricing for tires and services. The thing that makes them stand out is the personnel that work there. They are competent, knowledgeable and eager to please. I especially appreciate the personal attention of the manager, Don Hemrick. He went out of his way to address a problem I was having. Being able to schedule an appointment online was really convenient being that I am a busy mom. Also the man who helped check me in and out was very friendly and helpful. The time it took to have the car done was amazing. I was expecting a whole day kind of thing but it was done in a few hours!!

Just a good overall experience

Victor Acquilla 111 is an amazing manager! He was very courteous, finished my wife's van extremely fast, and gave us a free tire and a free oil change saving us over $200! I most certainly will bring my Jeep for tires very soon! This is the most friendly, speedy, and professional tire store I've ever been to. I will be a repeat customer!

The online appointment was followed up with a call. The tires were preordered for my visit and ready to go when I arrived. The whole experience was professional and courteous. My wife got her tires from this location as well and we’ll always come back. Thanks!
