Big O Tires

This is a friendly, professionally run service center. I am very happy with the 4-wheel alignment that I received.

I have been to Big O on west Belleview and Kipling several times I scheduled my appointment at 11 AM we the understanding that my tires may not be there by then which i was ok with , after waiting about an hour and a half tires showed up . Well lo and behold they were the wrong ones Braint let me know right away, but he made it right !! Without getting him in trouble i was very satisfied with the outcome I finally was out of there by 315 i will go back when i need other services thanks for the great work guys

Fast and good service

We needed an appraisal of the cooling system on our car as it was intermittently heating during hot weather. The mechanics at this store thoroughly checked the system for any serviceable solutions and found none. It was explained that this could be the results of problems that would require dealer intervention and it was recommended that we seek sealer assistance on this rather than putting unneeded parts or service in the car which probably would not resolve this issue. We greatly appreciate the candid appraisal and recommendation rather that using a try and fail approach to car repair.

I had just had an alignment done at another shop and the car was still pulling right. They were willing to check to see if they could help in some way. They redid the alignment for me for free.

I had 4 tires of my own picked out but Briant told me that Big O has a tire just like the pricey tires I was wanting . He explained to me that the Big O tires I was going to get were lower in price and the same if not better rating than the expensive tires I was looking at. Briant and his crew and staff were amazing . Briant was very honest with me and that goes a long way with me because honesty is hard to come by now a days. I had my oil changed and an alignment at a great price . I am more than happy with big o tires I got , the service and professionalism was top notch . One of the best if not the best Big O tire store I have used and will let others know of this store. I will continue to get my car serviced . My sales agent was knowledgeable and even looked outside the Bg O franchise to find tires that were burly for my touring rated SUV which has to deal with a gnarley steep1/2 mile dirt/clay driveway. We found that off-road tires were not made for my size car. He directed me to the best snow/winter tires you had. My service was swift and efficient, and my sales agent was friendly and knowledgeable. The only drawback was at the end when I was told an alignment was not possible because my tie rod ends were shot. My regular mechanic is located next door, so I immediately went over there with Big O's recommendations. Upon further inspection, they determined it is not the tie rod ends but the ball joints giving movement. Big O also told me my brakes were shot and would need to be replaced with my next oil change, having replaced the brakes within the year, this seemed unusual. My mechanic determined the brakes had quite a bit of life left. My experience with the tires and the sales was great, my faith in the mechanical recommendations of the shop is not as strong. Thank you for all the guidance.

Good price, fast and really nice and polite service

Stopped in for an oil change and rotation, was given an estimated time of completion and they beat it. The store was busy however they were able to accommodate a walk in. Seems like they have a system down as a few others came in after me and we're in and out. Nice crew.

I had a check engine light and then was nice enough to check and make sure it was safe to drive the car before I arrange to bring it in the next day. My repair was covered under a warranty of work. I had done there before I feel like other people wouldn’t have been honest about that and charged me and I have a lot of respect for Big O doing so and also adding nothing else on. I will always bring my car there.

I came in for something that was wrong and figured out there was a bigger problem. Jeremy worked with me and got everything lined up and their master mechanic fixed the problem and my car is running as great as it ever has Big O has a customer for life. I absolutely feel lucky to have this wonderful resource available to me. Thank you Big O!!
