Big O Tires

This place was absolutely amazing! They did fast courteous service and explained everything to me in complete detail when I didn't quite have enough money to cover the bill even though the bill was low they have to move with that also. I have nothing but kudos for these guys the whole team I mean thank you all so much you're great!

Overall the experience from setting up an emergency appointment to how friendly everyone was was overall amazing. I am planning on using this location from now on.

Mike was awesome and a huge asset to the daily function of this store. He has a passion for everything automotive. He is a saint some might consider him a God send. I will definitely be back in the future

I had the oil changed and I did have to wait a couple of hours, but then they discovered I needed some other work. I told them to go ahead, as they had to order parts from another state and I said I don't want to wait several hours for this and they said since you live close we will drive you home and come pick you up when this is ready and that is what they did. The staff were very friendly and I believe I really did need this work done, so I was satisfied.

They did better than expected. when I got there they were short of tec's they didn't let that stop them.

The staff and the manager were incredibly professional. They communicated openly about everything that was going to be done to the vehicle.

I had a nail in my tire took it up to them they service the tire and a few other things had it back to me within the hour really good service

I went in for an oil change special I heard about on the radio. I usually go to the Big-O in Aurora, but I work in Littleton and this was my first visit to the shop on Bowles. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the waiting room and how friendly all the staff were. I plan to come back next month for brake work.

Staff was helpful with different options of tires available. They we’re very friendly and very knowledgeable of the products. The tire I originally wanted was not available and with the suggested substitution I was provided with a discount as well. They also re-calibrated the tire pressure computer last minute which was extremely quick.

I went to get my tires rotated and my balanced checked and it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Tony, Dan, and Mike were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were beyond friendly towards me and made my wait time go by so much faster than it would have just sitting in the waiting room. I would highly recommend this store and more specifically this staff to anyone of my family or friends. Thank you guys so much for all your help! <3

I went to Big O Tires to perform a tire replacement and ended up having an issue with the tire that I tried to replace, so they were really friendly in help me and figure out what was the problem with the tire that I replaced. Now I'm waiting for a replacement tire and I would do a replacement again at Big O Tires.

I have used Thier services many times for my daughters vehicle and recently had battery installed. They were quick.

No complaints. Communication excellent. New tires installed excellent. Alignment for 1990 vanagon is challenging and they went the extra mile to get it right, aligning it twice with no extra charge.

I was a long time customer of Discount Tire, now I’m a Big O customer. I called around town looking for a specific Tire, Big O had what I was looking for. Derek Johnson picked up the phone, super knowledgeable, great phone presence that convinced me to order the tires and come over to the shop. The tires arrived on time, I brought my Van over, the install, check out process went as planned. As I drove away the TPMS lights were on, so I stop by the Ford shop since it was close and I have a time relationship. The shop tech wouldn’t put air in the tires as he indicated there the wrong ones and will void all kinds of warranties, safety issues etc....In short, I called Derek Johnson back, he asked me to stop by the shop so he could better understand the issue. He immediately saw the issue, provided a solution and solved the problem. Perfect execution of customer service by a client facing associate of your company.
