Big O Tires

I enjoyed doing business with J.C. Frankly, your previous manager was such a jerk that I considered going someplace else, but I was glad to see that he was gone.

I was a long time customer of Discount Tire, now I’m a Big O customer. I called around town looking for a specific Tire, Big O had what I was looking for. Derek Johnson picked up the phone, super knowledgeable, great phone presence that convinced me to order the tires and come over to the shop. The tires arrived on time, I brought my Van over, the install, check out process went as planned. As I drove away the TPMS lights were on, so I stop by the Ford shop since it was close and I have a time relationship. The shop tech wouldn’t put air in the tires as he indicated there the wrong ones and will void all kinds of warranties, safety issues etc....In short, I called Derek Johnson back, he asked me to stop by the shop so he could better understand the issue. He immediately saw the issue, provided a solution and solved the problem. Perfect execution of customer service by a client facing associate of your company. First I called this location and talked to Derek and Andy, I explained the problem I had with my CARFAX report. They said to bring in the paperwork because it would be easier to help them figure it out. The time they spent with me was fantastic! They were so understanding and didn't mind taking the time to work with me. They found the issue and had it corrected in no time. WOW! They were GREAT! With their help my report is totally corrected now. Thank you so much guys!! :)

My Battery decided to quit on me at a crucial time.After getting jump started I headed for Discount Tire and was given excellent service immediately

Andy recognized me as a repeat customer and gave me a break on the tire repair.

All I needed was a flat repair and they got me in without a wait on Christmas weekend with a parking lot full of vehicles. Big O saved the day for us. Thanks Big O.

I drove down to BigO this morning to have my tire looked at bc I found a large nail in it. Derek immediately offered to take a look for me and asked if I needed anything else done.. I did actually need my oil changed and my tire gauges checked and decided to have that knocked out as well! We chatted while my FJ was being worked on, talked about some mods, he showed me his wife's 4Runner and when I asked for more info on the shocks and tires he put together a quote for me! I will be back to have more work done. It was a nice way to spend the morning chatting with someone knowledgable and nice!

This is a very convenient location and the two times I have visited the service has been well done and quick.

Used these guys to fix a tire that had a screw stuck in it, went to the gym across the street while they worked on it. After I was done working out, everything was fixed and ready to go.

All of the individuals we spoke with were so professional, helpful, and overall pleasant to do business with.

Mike and JT were awesome, got me on the schedule and fixed my flat in a timely matter. They didn't try and sell me, just fixed the flat, very reasonable, will definantly be back!

PLEASE STOP MOVING MANAGERS AROUND!!! Victor was at this store then I followed him to the Remington store then he is moved back to the Bowles store and now to Arvada store. WTF. I think so highly of Victor I went to visit him in the hospital after his bike accident. I have been a Big O customer for MANY years and I have seen more management changes than I care to count. ITS RIDICULOUS Justin and John do a great job but as a customer the Management changes are unnerving and unnecessary.
