Excellent service. Just surprised how prices are between stores for tires balance service. 2 stores on the same county just few miles apart, $ 7.00 gap on prices, way too much. Unfortunately I had to pay $ 19.99 per tire. The other store charge $12.99 per tire.

I have been through several ownerships and even corporate at this location over the years, The current staff is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Fast service.

Easy check in. John was very polite. This location has way better customer service than my regular Big O store. I will be getting my next set of tires from this location.

I've been going to this location for 8 years. The manger Rod is the best they've ever had. Staff is professional and friendly and service is always VERY GOOD.

Rick, one of the front desk employees, remembers me every time I come in and knows me by name. I received great service today and had a pleasant wait in their waiting room. At one point the movie playing on the TV there turned out to be a horror film, and one of the front desk guys promptly went over to change the channel to football, a welcome gesture to all I'm sure.

Thanks Justin for the wonderful service we received from you and your tech. We can't thank you enough! We were quoted from brakes from another shop. We brought the car to you for a second opinion. Turns out that noise from the driver brake was just a small stone stuck in caliper causing the noise! Saved us $400. Thanks again for the awesome experience. The alignment package deal is great value. The free tire rotation and puncture repair is underappreciated.

Long story short, they found the snow tires for my Jeep. I have now purchased both my year round AT tires & snow tires in the last two years and their pricing is always competitive. The staff @ Big O is professional & friendly. I use them for all my routine car maintenance.

In comparison to the one on colfax and garrison they were much friendlier and had to take care of my oil sticker the other big o failed to do and my rotation. They explained what they found but colfax one just collected my money and sent me off which I noticed later their were recommended repairs

Routine tire rotation. There was a wait time of about 3 hours. A day after the rotation two tires had low pressure.

We didn't think we could align the rear end of my car, a 2006 Lexus IS. It turns out there is a way and your Tech founded and corrected my issue. I'm very grateful!
