I originally ordered Pirelli tires online. These tires were back ordered. After discussing my options, my salesperson offered a better alternative to the Pirelli tires I wanted. I ended up with a superior tire in the Michelin Pilots

Mike Stiffey at this location has been fantastic. A couple visits back I had a some issues as a result of an oil change. I was asked to come in the next morning so they could correct the problem. When I got to the store I was informed the service techs would be in at 8:00 and I could leave my car. Mike spoke up and said I'll take care of you right now. He got my keys pulled my car in and personally corrected the problem. Mike certainly showed a guestcentric attitude and a desire to fix what was wrong. That alone brought me be back for my next visit. Mike was there for that visit as well as my visit today which made for great experience....again. Mike is knowledgeable in what he does, makes sound recommendations, and gives fantastic service. We can get tires, oil change, etc. at many locations that have quality products but we prefer this Big O because of Mike. Keep up the great attitude and service Mike!

I was looking for tires and I was more likely to get something that wouldnt be good for my overall performance but the guys helped me a ton and i ended up getting safe and efficient tires. I am a dad and that is my first priority, safety. I feel like from the choice of tires that my truck is nore safe now and i bought the alignment and balance plan so i will always be straight !

This was my first visit to a Big O Tires store, they welcomed me without an appointment, they recommended the tires I needed because I don't know anything about it. They told me that the service would last 2 hours and it was. I really don't have any complaints about the service.

The staff really worked hard to get my car drivable again w/ blown tires. They also worked w/ me on specials to save me money.

I had never used this facility, despite living <1 mile away for over 20 yrs. I will be back. Great service, knowledgeable service advisor (Derek Johnson) provided good advice and not high pressure to replace the tires. The service was done quickly and I was quite pleased.
