Big O Tires

I just finished up with them, I was very pleases with their service after hitting a boulder and blowing out 2 tires. They reviewed the undercarriage for damage, and made sure the tires were still in good shape, replacing one of my rims with a used rim, which they found at a great price,(due to the original being split down the middle.) I was under warranty with the tires, the only charge was for a realignment and the used rim.. both were a necessary fix considering the large boulder I had hit at 45 mph.

Great experience, the mechanic actually found & fixed a radiator leak. & did a great job on the alignment

I went on a Sunday morning to get tires with no appointment. The gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and helped me decide on the correct tires for my Rav4 and my life style. Everything was in stock and I left a few hours later with a great set of tires.

I had a leak in a tire that I had purchased from Big O about a month prior. I did not have time to schedule an appointment, but was told that they would work it in. Which they did. They took care of issue. But they did not tell what exactly the problem was even when I asked. They said they took care of it, but I still wanted to know.
