The service I received from the sale person Mike Stiffey at Big-O was excellence. Mike was very friendly and knowable. I would highly recommend anyone to take there vehicle to Big-O for servicing and ask for Mike.

This location offers first class service! Seriously. At this location, they understand that car maintenance and things like flat tires are not usually the most convenient of things. I had never been to this location before and they got to working on my tire immediately. They, and specifically Jacob, who performed the service, were/was able to save me both time and money, by patching quite the whole in my tire, as opposed to jumping straight to the option of having to replace the entire tire. Not only that, but the sales associate (Tony) and others (Jake and Chris) sensed my having an off day and went above and beyond customer service wise. Thanks to this team, I was able to get to a work meeting on time and felt safe driving my car, after their fixing it. I will be a forever customer at this location, as I feel they are a trustworthy and customer service oriented bunch. That goes a long way in my book. Thank you again!

My oil compartment needed a new plug No fault of Big O.. Andrew was great at expediting the new part. The fault was from a previous oil change at a different company.

I had a blowout and ordered new tires right away. Your BigO location was recommended as the closest installer by the site. Yor guys got me right in without an appointment and did an excellent job with the install and balancing. I was in and out in less than an hour with two other cars already in the bays. My tire size is fairly uncommon, and stock is always very limited in the local shops, so I rely on ordering my tires online. I really appreciate that your team did not hassle me for buying my tires online or do a sloppy install because they did not come from your shop. This has happened to me at other local tire shops, so your BigO is top of my list now. Thank you!

I had some challenges with the Studs being broken off after a service I received from this location in February, but they were extremely helpful and were able to take care of the issue for me, going out of their way to make sure it was done correctly. They did an amazing job and I'm back on the road!

Don,the new manager, was very fair on a set of Michelin tires that had few miles (29000) with separation, very odd problem but we came to an conclusion where everyone was happy,
