Big O Tires

Mike was my salesman. He did an outstanding job and was able to build a friendly relationship with myself and other customers quickly. This made the process of deciding on a tire/wheel combo easy and very low pressure.

I had a tire puncture; discovered late in the day (minutes prior to close). I was able to drop off my tire/wheel with absolutely no hassle and nearly no investment in time. Truthfully, I spent more time getting in and out of the parking lot than I did waiting or talking with the service team. First thing the next morning I received a call that all was ready to go. The service writer brought the repair out to me and I was ready to go even more quickly than the prior day's drop-off. This location has been good to me on my 3 visits there, and I fully expect ALL my BigO visits will be at this location.

The brakes finally work with advice that is appropriate to extend brake operations and minimize front end vibration and throbbing when slowing down at high speeds or coming to a stop.

As a walk-in, I was accommodated and the alignment was done well

The tech notice that the head gasket is leaking, and brought me to see under the car to show me, and to explain the problem. Good catch!

I had a slow leak on a tire I purchased in the last year. I dropped the car off, came back a few hours later, and the protection pit plan meant I had to pay nothing for the repair. Loved it!

I arrived late in the day, was given a realistic timeframe for both the estimate and the repair. They delivered with what was promised despite having an issue getting the part. I was happy with the service and the experience.

Came in for my scheduled tire rotation, was greeted by Justin and John. Both are really personable and knowledgeable. Immediately I noticed how clean and bright the showroom was! So noticeable that I mentioned it to John! Rotation was quickly completed and I was in my way! Thanks guys!
