Since their store didn't stock the two tires we purchased, They Ubered us home at their expense. The next morning they called and then came to get us. Very pleasant experience.

I spoke with Mike Stiffey on the phone about new tires a week before I arrived for the purchase and installation. When I arrived, we discussed my needs and decided on different tires. Mike seems to know his business and explained well what my choices were. He was patient with my questions, saved me money and supplied a great product. I will definitely return, because I believe he has the best interests of his customer at heart.

I had just had an alignment done at another shop and the car was still pulling right. They were willing to check to see if they could help in some way. They redid the alignment for me for free.

Tire repair finished ahead of time.

My sales agent was knowledgeable and even looked outside the Bg O franchise to find tires that were burly for my touring rated SUV which has to deal with a gnarley steep1/2 mile dirt/clay driveway. We found that off-road tires were not made for my size car. He directed me to the best snow/winter tires you had. My service was swift and efficient, and my sales agent was friendly and knowledgeable. The only drawback was at the end when I was told an alignment was not possible because my tie rod ends were shot. My regular mechanic is located next door, so I immediately went over there with Big O's recommendations. Upon further inspection, they determined it is not the tie rod ends but the ball joints giving movement. Big O also told me my brakes were shot and would need to be replaced with my next oil change, having replaced the brakes within the year, this seemed unusual. My mechanic determined the brakes had quite a bit of life left. My experience with the tires and the sales was great, my faith in the mechanical recommendations of the shop is not as strong. I caught a nail in my tire on Sunday afternoon, went into Big O Monday and was rolling on a new tire in less than one hour!!

Stopped in for an oil change and rotation, was given an estimated time of completion and they beat it. The store was busy however they were able to accommodate a walk in. Seems like they have a system down as a few others came in after me and we're in and out. Nice crew.

Went to them to get a flat tire fixed. Manager was awesome and reallu worked with me. In and out less than an hour.
