Not only did the manager work diligently to get my car fixed where other shops didn't, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle also came out and insured that I was aware of what he did and saw. I was extremely pleased with all of the help these guys provided for me. They made a month long problem go away with affordable ease.

From the front desk crew to the young lady with long curly hair who fixed my flat, I received warm, friendly advice and service. This was the second flat in two weeks and they were very understanding and ready to help. Good job!

Always suggest making an appointment it always makes a difference. I tried another place once and came back to Big O because of the customer service and the warranty provided on products. I have to make an update. Had my tires rotated on June 2nd with an oil change. On Aug 12th, my wife found a lug nut in front of my house & ask me what it was. After checking my truck, I found it was from my passenger front tire. Needless to say I checked the rest of my lugs & had a total of 10 loose that had 1/2 turn on them! That is a problem should my tires come off when driving. After 3 issues of oil draining from the sloppy work when putting oil back in after a change. My wife's car the oil plug not tightened , then leaking oil, I also checked her lug's after a rotation to find a number of loose lug's on her car. Someone is going to loose an engine or wheels on their vehicle with such careless workmanship. Never have I had so many issues from on store. I think it would be in the interest of safety to drive to the store on Alameda & Union where I have never experienced any problems! The tires & warranty are good, the labor is not so good!

Everyone made sure I understood everything related to installing a new set of tires and why I needed them. I had no doubt they Knew what they were doing!
