Big O Tires

Did tyranny flush and oil change on 5/30/18 and service light came on. Turns out they forgot to reset it at last service.

Big o ordered tires we needed and got them installed.

Management was great. I was shown the problem and given the least costly options on repairs.

Was headed out of town towing an RV the next day. I stopped into Big O tires the morning b4. They helped me select my E rated tires for towing. Got me taken care as I waited. Have now put 1200 miles on my new tires. All is PERFECT.

Jennifer and Lance are so friendly and knowledgeable. They have exceptional customer service and seem to really care about your needs and concerns. They knew the issues with my car without trying to sell me things that weren't needed yet. I will definitely be a returning customer! I had a leak in my tire and turns out I needed new tires along with some power steering issues. They were empathetic and got my car all fixed in tip top shape very quickly too! Thanks for all your help!!

I have always had oil changes at Big O Tires for the various cars I have owned and never pain over $70. I paid $97.00 for an oil change and this is the most I have ever spent and will ever spend again. After hearing about the price, I don't know that I would ever take my car for an oil change here again. For synthetic oil I know it is a little more expensive. But I could have gone to Grease Monkey and had it done for $60 after hearing about the price at Big'O Tires. I should have done my research on other service garages. Also, I can buy my own synthetic oil, and oil filter, bring it into Big'O tires and have spent less than $97.00. I'm not upset with the condition of my car or the oil change that was performed, I am highly upset with the price. I have always recommended Big'O Tires but I will no longer recommend getting oil changes from there due to the prices.

Always an treated well. Went in for the tire rotation and they found the last pill change I had at the dealership they didn't replace the engine filter like they said. Good catch by the mechanics.

Good service from manager at desk. Guys in back we're slow in getting my car in stall, so the rotation and oil change took longer than promised, so manager took extra 10% off price!
