Big O Tires

They were very helpful in fixing my issue of an unrepairable tire and getting four replacements and struts and shocks as well as an alignment taken care of in fairly short order. I think they could have done it a little faster had not some of the bays been tide up with tires waiting to be picked up. All in all I was pleased with the service and honesty of this store. If you spend 4 hours waiting, you hear how other customers are handled and all were treated well and honestly.

Very friendly workers. Went in for an oil change and did an inspection. Told me what they found that was wrong with my car but didn't push me to spend a crap ton of money to get it fixed. Very kind people and will keep taking my car there.

Have been going to BigO for 8 years now and have always been happy with the service! I gave 4 stars because of the tech being kind of rude. He did a great job but when I asked a question he snapped at me and it felt pretty rude. The gentleman behind the counter has been great both times I've dealt with him and very polite!

Jen is a great asset to your store at Kipling and Bowles in Littleton. She knows her tires, can recommend exactly what you need, and most importantly..can get you in quick for service. She gives you her undivided attention and is great at resolving problems.

Another solid job by the Big One team at Kipling and Bowles. There was a little disconnect as the guy I spoke to on the phone, Victor, was suddenly unavailable 8 minutes later when I arrived and all momentum was lost. And get a new credit card machine...it's not rocket science.

Service is unbeatable. They handle all services every day (even Sundays) unlike other shops.Price is on the high side (even with coupons) but more reasonable than dealerships and it is always fixed right the first time.

Very good place they called me whennit was ready and told them i couldnt pick up the car till the next day and they even put the car in the garage so it wouldnt get damaged during the overnight storm.

I have a flat tire, nail in it. They worked me in fast and with not appointment. they fixes it for free and I will bring my car back for a oil change next week. It was a great experirnce

It was a good experience.

This was my first time at this location and I will be coming back! I had a great experience I set an appointment not once but twice they where great about resecduleing me! The second we walked in we were greeted right away which the guy getting us all signed up was extremely funny and inviting I believe his name was (James)! He got us all set up! Jake and Michael whatever they did to my piece of crap jeep thank you!!! Just with the oil change they did my jeep works so much better and now we are off on our long road trip thanks to all three of them! I am extremely happy about my experience! Thanks again guys!
