As always, the staff is fantastic and did a wonderful job taking care of my needs! JT and Mikey are always friendly and easy to work with.

Our son needed an oil change on his car. We called and Mike was able to set us up for an appointment later the same day which was appreciated. Both Mike & JT were friendly and knowledgeable. During the oil change, while on the rack, their service folks inspected various items and provided us with a short list of recommendations for future repairs. Only one minor critique was the oil change time wise took quite a bit longer than originally stated. Overall, it was a good experience. Thanks

They have been very thorough when checking my flats and constantly able to repair them! I've purchased 2 sets of tires from them as well and they have worked hard to find the tire I liked and the price that was reasonable!

Great service, the guys are right upfront with time needed.i WOULD LOVE TO GIVE THEM A 5 STAR RATING BUT $750.00 for 4 Big O brand tires. Mine is a long story but if I would have known I was going to swap out all 4 tires within 2 weeks of each other, I would have shopped around. Seems to me a top set of Michelin tire wouldn't cost that, They did a nice job, were fast and friendly.

Brought my car in to get an oil change and my brakes checked. They were squeaking a bit and then somehow I got a call and then my battery needed to be replaced and both brakes needed work or to be replaced or something and I ended up spending $762. I did get one of the coupons I brought in applied but not the other. Not that $10 taken off at that point would have done anything but I felt taken advantage of. There was no grinding with my brakes or anything and somehow everything needed work and I spent much more money than anticipated. I came here because my husband recommended the company but from now on I'm just going to find somewhere else.

I had good service except the tech did not call me when car was ready so I had to call him. He was very thorough, but gave us a long list of things that needed work on the car. So far I had 2 items done at other service places for 30% less cost.

Great experience! The minute we walked in the door we were taken care of by Mike Stiffey. He was knowledgeable, funny and engaging. We needed tires for our Suburban and he jumped right on it. Got us a great deal! He promised we would have the car back by the end of the day and we did! They stayed late until we were able to get there! Great job! Thank so much guys!

My '99 Subaru runs like a top because I keep to the recommended schedule and I follow the advice of the Big O mechanics which have been working on this car since 2009. They appreciate the car and me as a conscientious owner.
