I wrote this same review for a different store on accident. It was meant for the Bowles Ave. location This location is fantastic. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and competent. They were helpful about informing/teaching me of what the problem was and went above and beyond getting to the bottom of things in a timely manner. Best tire shop I've visited and I'll be back for sure.

On 7/29/16, I was at the store right at 0700, per store hours and NO ONE was there!!Well, one of the staff, but he had no keys and no other staff phone numbers.A staff arrived at approximately 7:45 a.m..Not ideal, has had to go to work later than planned.Once the car was in the garage, service is always great, but the late opening......not good.

Knowledgeable from tires, wipers, water pumps and engines! One stop shop!

Last week, I called Big O Tires to get a new studded, winter snow tire and put my other 3 on before the first snowstorm came, which was forecasted. The salesman on the phone said he would order it from the warehouse. They called me later that evening to tell me it had come in, and I told him I'd like to set up an appointment for 5 p.m. the next day, which he said worked. I got there at 5 p.m. the next day and was told there would be a 2 hour wait to put the tire on, which I was a bit frustrated at since I set an appointment, but was willing to wait...it was, after all, the last day before a snowfall. About 1.5 hours later, the manager, Wiley, told me that their studded tire machine was not working, and that they would not be able to put on my tires that night. He apologized profusely, telling me that the original salesman I spoke with was not supposed to set an appointment and didn't let anyone know the tire was supposed to be studded. If they had known all that in advance, he said, they would've been able to make sure the machine worked. Needless to say, I was pretty upset, mainly because it was about to snow and I own a performance vehicle with summer tires. All this sounds really bad, right? Well, I get people make mistakes, and what's really important to me from a business is when they do what they can to make it right....which is exactly what the manager, Wiley, did. He gave me the new tire for free (all I had to pay was mounts and balances) and won me over with his willingness to do whatever it took so that I "left happy." When most businesses mess up like that, they pretty much throw their hands up in defeat...but Big O Tires went above and beyond. I'm definitely a loyal customer.

It had been a while since I had had this car in.My car was no longer in the system, and they took care of putting it back into the system.We discussed an adjustment to my alignment, and they understood what needed to be done.Great job.

Another job well done! I will keep coming back!

As always, the staff and service are above par

I got to Big O to pick up my car at around 6:45pm. The mechanic was just finishing up. Daron helped me get the process to be checked out. Had some financial issues of how I was going to pay fro my repairs. After dealing with some technical issues with the Easy Pay Financial system, I left with my car. Daron stayed till 8:30pm trying to make sure that I was happy and ready to leave. Thanks again Daron.

The staff was very knowledgeable, and my car was done when they said it would be. After service, my car drives better and is a lot smoother on the roads. I am taking a mountain trip next week and am now confident I will be safe driving. Staff was also very pleasant and honest.

There has been a constant turn over of managers at this store, which I do not like. Kenny was great to work with.

Mike is very customer oriented. He made the wait fun and enjoyable! This will be go-to person and store for any future needs! Thanks Mike!

Thanks Justin for the wonderful service we received from you and your tech. We can't thank you enough! We were quoted from brakes from another shop. We brought the car to you for a second opinion. Turns out that noise from the driver brake was just a small stone stuck in caliper causing the noise! Saved us $400. Thanks again for the awesome experience. My visit took longer than expected and they set the expectation. Still, my visit ended up costing nothing, so I will definitely continue my tire business there. Hood job, just manage time expectations better.

Long story short, they found the snow tires for my Jeep. I have now purchased both my year round AT tires & snow tires in the last two years and their pricing is always competitive. The staff @ Big O is professional & friendly. I use them for all my routine car maintenance.
