Big O Tires

Brought my van in for LOF and R&B before a road trip. and tires were not well balanced so a lot of vibration.

This was the 3rd time I have had my oil changed and every time there is oil in the cross support that drains onto my driveway, also my garage floor. This last time my oil plug is leaking & I have to spend my time to bring it back in to have it taken care of. I will have to take my vehicles somewhere else for oil changes from now on. I have tried 3 times at Big O with the same results. No where else has ever been sloppy putting the oil in the my vehicles to drain the spillover for me to clean up. When my car was done, it took almost 20 minutes after being placed in a parking spot to have someone finish the transaction and that was because I grabbed my keys on the counter to ask to be checked out. As for tires, I will continue to use Big O, always had the best service in this area!

I have been taking my Jeep to this Big-O tires for >3 years and have always appreciated their expertise, customer service, professionalism, and friendliness. This last visit, though, seemed that everything that could go wrong went wrong. A comedy of errors, so to speak. That being said, they made sure I was comfortable during a long, cold, rainy evening and maintained their customer service, professionalism, and friendliness and made sure that everything was all right at the end of the evening.

Got an oil change and had my tires switched from summer to winter tires. Everything seemed to go well, until I was on my way up to the mountains the next day, I realized one of my tires was flat. Their obviously wasn't a thorough check to see that their was still some kind of leak with the tire. I called and no solution was granted except sorry you drove on it we cant help you. Until I take it back to some other mechanic to figure out the problem I am filling up my tire every couple days. Not what I had planned.

We have been going to this location for many years. Don, Clinton and all of their staff are OUTSTANDING on every level!!! I would highly recommend this location!

Vehicle was completed later then I was told. Communication about extended completion time was poor.

I've been here twice in the last couple months for flat repairs. There were a lot of us in line (Sunday) but Pablo got us checked in quickly. Very friendly service. I will continue to come back for my tire needs!

Everyone there is always very friendly and professional. They always remember your name when you walk in the door. I wouldn't take my car any where else!

I would have appreciated if you would have put my service under my name. Nancy Magyar. I have been going to Big-O for years since it is one of the only places in Conifer. I did take my daughters car to this Big-O at one time and chose this Big-O because it was closest to where I broke down. I still feel this service should have been taken care of without charge since the last time I had my car worked on is when I had my tires rotated at Big-O in Conifer 2 months ago. Losing this many lug nuts could have resulted in a way worse situation if I had not stopped to check out the problem.

Gentleman helping me was busy eating pizza that had just been delivered. He handed me a quote with pizza grease on the paper for 60K work that I did not ask for. I came in ONLY for tires. If I wanted a 60K quote I would have asked for one.

I had a part replaced (ibrought in the part) wascharged $60. Asked how much to replace a brake light bulb which i also brouht with me, i was told another $60. That's abit over priced! Auto zone gave me a Service estimate so I wouldn't be overcharged and they were way over for both so I just had the one part done a little over what was suggested to me but worth it because I don't have the tools.

So far I have had excellent service at this Big O.

I just think it's odd that we have to check out tire pressure when we get home after have our tires done the same day. They are always at different pressures. I would like to be confident that the employees have filled every tire to the correct pressure in the shop before having me drive away. Unfortunately, that is never the case for this location. Other than that, no complaints.

I missed the coupon in my email box. The tech didn't offer any coupon or discount even though I come in there all the time for oil changes and have a package for alignments.

From the minute I walked into the store my treatment was superior in every way. This was a great experience. I'll go back to buy snow tires in the fall.
