I would suggest better customer service. I called Sunday to make an appointment to have four winter tires installed today, Monday 11-21, and was told the tires would arrive late morning early afternoon. I got my quote and said I would be in around noon after explaining that I live in Breckenridge, it is difficult to get an appointment in Summit County and that I needed to get these put on sooner than later. When I arrived, I asked how long it normally took and they informed me that it would be about an hour and a half to two hours as they had a few cars before mine. I let them know that was perfectly fine and I would wait. And hour and a half later, I was informed the tires had NOT arrived and they would not be there until 4 which is when I was supposed to be back in Summit County and at work. I also was going to drive back through the mountains with a little daylight. Luckily my boss, whom I called, said that coming in later would be fine. I was under the assumption that when the tires arrived my car might be a little higher priority but it is now 6pm, I've been here 6hours and it has just been completed and the only updates throughout coming by me asking rather than an employee even letting me know what was going on. The customer service could be majorly improved by your employees communicating to customers who have been sitting in the waiting room all day. Also, if something that is not the fault of the customer puts their car on hold, it should be first priority when whatever the issue is has been resolved. Tires and installation are not cheap and while I feel Big O is a good company, I will NOT return to this location!

Justin was great and very helpfully when replacing a flat tire that could not net repaired.

I dropped my car off to get a new timing belt. When I got back, I was almost able to leave the store before the manager stopped me to let me know my Check Engine light was on. He also told me the Cruise Control light was on as well. On the receipt it said these were on PTS, which they weren't. If they were, I would have told them and had them check these things out. Now my cruise control doesn't work and the light just flashes. I am so disappointed in this service. I talked to Dan about this after I left and he said I could bring the car in for a free diagnostic test. I am not going to take my car back here again. I had bought new tires and new brakes from these guys and was always happy with the service, but not now.

When I dropped off the car, it was a madhouse due to an upset customer and incorrect work on his car- should have been a sign. I was told to pick up my car in the evening and it wasn't ready. I was told to pick it up in the morning and it wasn't ready. After waiting, I picked it up and one side of the tires was done incorrectly so I still have to go back for another appointment... On the plus side, Dan at the front desk was awesome. The others....not so much.

I called ahead to make an appt for tires. I discussed with the person who answered the phone (Crystal, I think) the types of tires available for my car and the prices. She said she would order the tires and i could get the tires put on at my appt. I had my husband drop off the car for the tire swap. He took an uber home. He was then contacted because the tires needed for the car were not in stock so he was told we would have to bring the car back another day. We showed up to pick up the car and found it was in the shop - tires had been found after all. They were not the tires we discussed. A totally different tire than what we discussed me purchasing and having put on the car. It looks like it's a decent tire but it's the principle that i agreed to purchase a particular tire and something completely different was put on the car and sold to me without discussing it with me or my husband at all. i was also charged to dispose of 4 tires. I wanted to keep any of the tires that were still good (one employee told me he planned to keep 2 of the tires for himself if i didn't want them because they were still good). Two of the tires were too far gone to keep but two were in good condition. So I took 2 home. I was charged to dispose of 2 tires that are currently sitting in my garage. I called the shop today to request the refund for the $9 for those tires and was told someone would call me back; so far no call back 3 hours later. I used to get my tires changed at Firestone but had such a bad experience with them being dishonest with me that I was in search of a new tire shop. I thought I had found it with Big O. I was impressed when i initially brought in my car for a tire swap with tires i purchased online from Walmart and the Big O tech told me the tires were too old to go on the car (they were approx 8 years old) and it would be unsafe. I felt like Big O was looking out for my safety and was conscientious about details and forthrightness in business dealings. But I am very disappointed in how the tire purchase and swap actually went. I did not receive the manufacture warranty to go with the tires i purchased - i would very much like to have that. i would have been ok with the tires that were ultimately put on my car, after researching them. But I'm disappointed that no one called me to discuss changing the item i agreed to purchase and that i was overcharged. I am very much seeking integrity in an auto shop / tire shop and i feel like Big O fell short.

This is the 2nd time I came this Big O tire shop and BOTH times, the "wait" was unacceptable. This visit, I scheduled 2 tires replaced. I was told to come back in 2hrs and the service would be completed. When I came back in 2hrs, they hadn't even started replacing my tires. It wasn't that they were backed up, the assigned technician seemed to be "waiting" for the tires even though the tires were right there. In my prior visit, it took them 3hrs to fix a slow leak. The team is friendly but the service is unacceptable.

Had an appointment at 4pm so I dropped off my truck. Waited 15 min. Inside while two men where chatting outside. 615pm I get a call that they can't get my filter off. OK why are you just now starting when I had a 4pm spot??? Didn't even call me when it was done, I looked online to see when they closed. It was 30min after and I pull up while the guys are counting the registers LOL Most Ridiculous and poor service I have ever received ANYWHERE!! F minuses all around for this place

I was extremely frustrated with my experience at the Littleton location. I came in April 14th around 4pm because I had a leak in one of my tires. I was turned away because they were too busy. The employee was kind and scheduled an appointment for 10 the next day and offered to have my tires filled in the meantime. Though disappointed they couldn't check my tire, I understood and appreciated what they offered. I came back on the 15th at 9:45am. I waited until 11:15 in the lobby with no update on my car. I went to the front desk where I was told they were unable to fix my tire and needed to order a new tire. They were trying to locate where it would be and get a hold of their delivery driver. I had an appointment at 1130 and needed to leave and was extremely frustrated they never gave me an update earlier to even let me know that the tire couldn't be patched. If I had known that I would have called someone to pick me up so I could leave my car. I asked Mike (?) when it might be done and he said he didn't know and that it probably wouldn't be fixed that day. Again, why was I made to wait an hour and a half to come and find out myself that my tire wouldn't be fixed that day? Nonetheless, I needed my car so they put the tire back on (my back left) and said they would call me later to let me know when to come in Monday. I never received a call back and I called and left a message with no call back. After calling Monday morning I was told that the delivery driver had had the day off Saturday unbeknownst to them and that he should be coming at 10. I dropped my car off at 9am. I called at 315 in the afternoon to see if it was done. He said the tire had just arrived and they were working on it. However, he asked which tire needed to be replaced because their notes said the driver front tire but they found nothing wrong with it. This concerns me. While I was there Saturday they told me it was the driver back, yet wrote down a different tire in their notes, and instead of checking all the tires again to be sure they had the right tire they simply asked me on the phone which tire. When I picked my car up at just before 4, both of the air caps were missing on the driver side tires and I had to ask someone to find them and put them on. Though the gentleman were very kind at the front desk I was frustrated at the lack of communication between the employees and the customer, I had to come to the location three times to have a simple tire repair/switch, and I do not feel confident about the work done considering they weren't sure what tire had the issues and couldn't even put the caps on after it was all said and done. I will not be using this location again and only did so because it was where I replaced all four tires. Though I appreciated having the warranty so I did not have to pay for the new tire, the trouble of the whole experience would make me use another business.

I have purchased various types of tires on 2 of my vehicles from your store, but each time I come in for routine wheel balance and/or alignments I constantly feel like your employee sales men at the front counter are "upselling" me on various parts. When I pay close to 800 to 1K for tires per vehicle and get tires rotated on a regular bases I feel they should last a while, but instead after a year having to replace them once again, I am met with "well you should of rotated them the last time on your plan." I have started purchasing my tires from Walmart and trust me I never feel as though I am being upsold, they have been very accommodating. Additionally, you schedule an "appointment" to have a service done, expecting to have your vehicle taken into at that time, it never is and you end up waiting 2-3 hours for something as minor as a tire rotation.

1-25-18 @3:40pm I am sitting in the waiting area Big O Tires listen to a female employee cursing and dropping the f-bomb. Glade I did not bring my 13 year old daughter. I am totally disgusted and repulsed. No matter how good the service maybe I will never return

Per usual, I showed up to get a plethora of things done and they found a safety issue that needed fixing ASAP. Furthermore, they went over recommendations that I should/could proceed with in the future. I never feel pressured to buy something just because they suggest it, but always reciprocate the same respect for their efforts on my vehicle, whether in breakfast burritos (when available), or lunch for the technician who worked on my vehicle. I love to show them the same appreciation and care for their hard work as they show to my vehicle. I love Rod, he makes a great store manager (pretty sure that's his title), and the rest of the gang is great too!

If I could give yon a zero on all of these I would! The older gentleman at the front counter treated me rudely, loud and condescending. I believe because I am a woman and thinks he is better than me. I have purchased two sets of wheels and tires in the past for myself and my daughter. Never again! I decided NOT to have your mechanics work on my vehicle and your staff made me wait 20 minutes for my keys.
