Hello Judd/ or whomever is owner, I had the worst experience at big o tire to today! Your location off Bowles your manager ( JT) was very nasty to me. I called today around 130 to ask if a manager was in because they put a hole in my spare tire now that wasn't the issue I underatand things happen. He was very nice told me to come back around 5. Well come time to go back about 515 there was a long line and he explained he hadn't had time to fix it due to the line again I understood and went to walgreens, came back to my tire still not fixed and he proceeded by giving me attitude stacking each tire up and said there you go. Not beaded or sealed or anything so if I did get a flat on the way home I was scwered. He said he didnt have time and I wasnt giving him enough time to finish. My boyfriend and him began to argue so I new it was time to go. Tire was not fixed and I was left feeling out of place and dissappointed I usually always go to big o... Now I dont think I will ever return. JT is not a professional, he gets very overwhelmed and cant handle a lot at once, he has a short fuse now I didnt pick his job if he doesn't like it thats not my problem. I have run many stores and owned my own I know that things get crazy but there is a solution to every problem and he refused to finish what he had signed himself up to do. I know this is long but I feel I cant explain enough how poor my experience was. Thank you You can contact me at. I would like to hear back from someone letting it be known that I was heard. I came into the location pricing out tires for the upcoming winter, I worked with Clinton Thomas, and he showed me my range of options, seeing as I only drive maybe 7,000 miles a year, he recommended the Euro brand. I am sure I will end up giving the car to my son before I need new tires again, well worth the cost. Clinton was very friendly, and did not talk down to me or try to sell me services I did not need

You guys seriously need help. Your store has gone downhill since Clint is no longer there. Dishonest, rude staff. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER use you guys again. There is far more honest people within a few miles of you scumbags.

The most horrible experience i have had in a long time. Made appointment for special $39.95 for winter azation. Bought alignment with one free and 2 tires. Only thing that was completed was tires put on. They promised 3 hour max turn 6 hours later not done. I left the shop after closing and the lug nuts were not tightened and i almost got killed on the way home. I had to stop a mile down the road and tightened the lug nuts went back and they tightened the nuts again. The alignment was not done correctly since the wheels were not on the car. I checked oil change the next day and it was definitely not completed either. I want a full refund of services. I want to know who to contact or i will be aeeing you all in court. Total negligence and zero customer service.

I brought my car in for a balance a rotation. The guys said he might be able to squeeze me in that day if not he can do it at 1 the next day. So around 2:30 the next day I called to check on my car and they said it was done. When we got there my best tread tires were not on the back like I was told they would be and they did not balance my tires. I know they didn't do anything to my car in a little over 24 hours

the new personnel at this Big O are fantastic! Very friendly, eager to help, and very knowledgeable. They work very hard to get the car taken care of in a timely manner.

I had an appointment to come in and get my tires put on and my car aligned at 1pm. I was told the appointment would take one hour max. When I got there at 1 nobody took my car into the bay until 3:30. The work itself took over an hour and I didn't leave the store until 4:45. I had a SET APPOINTMENT that I had made the day before and it was ridiculous that I was there waiting for that long. I got no apology and no offer for even a discount when they finally finished my car. I am outraged with this experience seeing as how my sister had to wait at school for an extra three hours until I could pick her up and I missed class. Definitely not coming back and not recommending this place to anyone.

Purchased tires in January 2019. I had a blowout on the front passenger side tire in May 2019. They replaced the tire under warranty. Today August, 1 2019. I took the my car to replace a defective tire that imploded as I was driving down the highway. The rear drivers side tire. I did not hit any objects on the road with my tire. The tire simply fell apart. They refused to replace the defective tire under warranty. Bad business. Will not return to this Big O again.

I stopped in today to to have my snow tires installed. The store was very busy as snow was predicted the next day. Dan, the salesman not only went out of his way to squeeze me in but completed the job in less time than predicted. When Victor called to say my car was ready I mentioned an unrelated problem. By the time I got back to Big O he researched my problem and offered options, one of which was through another vendor. I appreciate him looking out for my best interest. I received excellent service, everyone went above and beyond. Thank you.

Horrible service. Grease in my car on the driver side floor and ceiling. Skid plate put in the back of the car now there is grease all over the back carpet. Car was not completely fixed by so called jeep mechanic.

I have been to this store over the last couple of years now and I must say that THIS is the place to go for tires and service. The staff has always been VERY friendly and attentive. The services that I required each time were always performed in a timely manner. I recommend this store VERY HIGHLY. Once again gentlemen, thank you so much!

This was probably the worst retail experience I have had. Originally, I came in to purchase the BF Goodrich AT KO2's. I spoke with Victor, who talked me into trying the Big O Bigfoot brand tire. After hearing all the positives I decided to give them a try. I was told it would take about 30 min to put the tires on so I agreed to wait. I wasn't told it would take over an hour before a tech actually started the process. After almost 2 hours I was on my way. Unfortunately, the Bigfoot tire didn't work well for me. I called and spoke with Shawn and was told that I could come in the next day at 7:00 am and that they would gladly swap out the tires for the BF Goodrich's I originally intended to purchase (for the difference in the price of tires). It was late in the afternoon and when I confirmed that I had an "appointment" at 7:00 am I was told "Yes". I arrived at the store at 6:45 and was the second person in line. My vehicle wasn't pulled into the bay until after 9 am. When I inquired how much longer I was told that there was work from the day before that needed to be completed first. I could appreciate this fact if it weren't for the fact that I was told to arrive at 7 am late in the afternoon the previous day. If there was a lot of unfinished work that should have been taken into account. I finally left, with the tires, at 10:52 am. 3 hours and 52 minutes to install a set of tires is unacceptable. There were no issues with my vehicle or the equipment used (tire changer, spin balancer, lift) so I'm at a loss as to why it took so long (again). I had to cancel another appointment that I had at 9:30 and combined have spent over $1,100 and 5 hours in the store. The response from the gentlemen working the counter..."Sorry but it's not our fault." On a side note, the bathroom made the customer service look immaculate.

I was across the street at the gym and came out to find a very low tire. Big O was just across the street so I decided to get it checked out. They were friendly and got me right in. Pulled a nail out and repaired the tired within about 30 minutes. I was so thankful I stopped! Would have had a flat the next day when it snowed! Instead, I was on my way safely! Thanks so much!

Visit on 10/14/17 Brought my Mazda 3 in for a routine rotate and balance. My appointment was for 3 p.m. my car was dropped off at 1 p.m. after returning to pick up my car at the close of business, it was noticed that my car was still in the same parking spot that it had originally been prior to service. I spoke with the manager and we decided to leave the car to be serviced first thing the following morning. I arrived on the following Sunday at 4 p.m., the close of business expecting my rotation and balance to have been completed. Once I arrived I again noticed that my car was still in the same spot and position as I had left it the day before. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he assured me that the service was done as the work order was signed by a mechanic. Knowing that the service was not completed I instructed the manager to follow me to my vehicle to confirm my suspicions. Yes... The work was never done and an employee sign off on the work. Someone is stealing from someone else! The manager waited for a bay to become available and had a mechanic rotate the tires without balancing. Now, the wobble in the front of the tire is now located on the rear of the car and continues to wobble because they did not balance the tires as requested. I would not recommend and highly discourage anyone from using their services with a clear conscience. Two days to balance and rotate tires? Absurd! And to not even complete the work is ludacris and unacceptable. Be Warned!

I purchased tires in Sep 2016, and have put 19,862 miles on the tires and was told today (1yr 5mo later), the rear tires need to be replaced. The Big O Legacy Tour Plus Blk (BGO 16208), when purchased, had a Minimum Mileage Warranty 3Y65. Either you've got poor quality, shoddy tires, or I was misled. Either way, very dissatisfied.
