Promised a couple hrs. When I arrived at the store at 9am. 12:22pm and im still looking at my car in the parking lot. Manager told me that employees pushed my car behind other people. So apparently im worth less than other customers when im willing to pay for solid work. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I wont be returning and will cancel my credit with them. Dont go. There is a les schwab a mile down the road that is way nicer, and offers impeccable service.

They were so kind to me. I had a nail at 6PM and they took care of it in under and hour. Very nice people

I recently went in to our location on Bowles with intention to get an oil change for $20, as was promised on the website. I left my car overnight, and was not given an estimate because the printer was broken. When I came in to pay, I was charged $45.49 and told the deal on line would not be honored if I did not have a physically printed coupon, yet I was unable to know that the deal would not be applied automatically because I was not given my estimate the night before. When we came into inquire about this charge the day after, the man who had helped me the previous day (and had been pushy to run my card for the 45 dollar price) was very rude. I am unsure about the name because I have two different names on my invoice and am not intending to get the wrong worker in trouble, but he had light brown hair and blue eyes. He didn't offer any solutions, and very abruptly told us there was nothing he could do. He did not even leave the desk to check on a solution. We have spent $1,000s at Big O and have several vehicles regularly serviced, and are seriously considering taking our business elsewhere for the future. My entire family is severely disappointed with the condescending nature and lack of customer service skills we experienced from your employees.

I highly recommend this Big O store. Dan and Victor were wonderful to me. Dan gave me several options of better tires than I experienced from Firestone and at a much lower price. The first time I came in to check on prices, Dan was very helpful, but did not pressure me into making any decision. I really appreciate the professionalism I experienced from both Dan and Victor. I received a free tire and oil change. They know how to serve the public well. Thanks so much!

I was in over the weekend for an oil change and tire rotate. Always had great service in the past. This time I did not recognize anyone. It took 1hr and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotate. the tech forgot to do the rotate the first time and had pull my truck back into the stall for another 45 minutes. When he was finally done I received my truck in the most horrible condition I have ever seen leaving a shop. Keep in mind I grew up in my dads automotive shop and worked in one all through h.s. and college. My carpet floor mats had black grease all over them, my steering wheel the same. Grease smudges on interior door frame, seats and center console. When I saw this I tried to get someones attention in the shop but could not and felt ignored until I finally left. It took me another hr at home to get the vehicle cleaned up. Very upset and pissed off customer that day.

Clinton is a wonderful asset to the organization, he is patient, very welcoming and does not try to sell you stuff you do not need. Austin was very professional in answering the extremely busy calls, as Judd was maintaining the staff. I was able to get in and out with no hassle or delay. I will be going back again, you can count on that.

Took Subaru Baja in for alignment. During the process a bolt was broken and I had to pay for parts and labor. Never heard or seen this before.

Asked for a tire rotation and oil change and alignment check. picked up the car and drove home as I was leaving town early Monday morning. Sunday night as I was packing my wife's car I checked the tires on the Santa Fe and much to my dismay I found that the tires were not rotated because I had scraped a curb with my right front tire and that tire is still on the right front. After checking the rest of the tires I found that none had been changed. I am in Arizona and will return on Friday and will ask that the tires be rotated again. I am wondering if my oil was even changed? After this I my take my business elswhere as I wonder to the honesty of the work being done there. I am a long time customer there and now I may just look at another location.

I always feel like Clint and Austin have my best interest in mind. They are always professional and courteous.

Justin was dishonest with us. We had a blown Big O tire that he warrantied for us with a new tire (thank you for that), however, he tried to convince us that he could not put on another brand new tire along the same axle because it was a 4 Wheel Drive and that on four-wheel-drive's you have to replace all four tires at the same time, not just two. Keep in mind, this vehicle, a Trailblazer, is a selective four-wheel-drive, which means you do not have to have the same tread on all four tires, just on the same axle. He tried to quote some federal regulation that disallowed him from putting two tires on instead of four and was going to refuse us and that he has 15 years experience in the industry and has always done it this way. It wasn't until we insisted on talking to his manager, which he said he was but really wasn't, he's the assistant manager, and the manager, John, called another manager to verify that we were correct. In the end, they put on two tires after all of Justin's huffing and puffing and trying to upsell us something we knew we didn't need. He was very arrogant and escalated the situation unnecessarily. He wasn't going to give in once he got too deep in the lie he was perpetuating. He NEVER apologized or said he was wrong and misinformed for "15 years of experience". These are the types of people that give tire shops a bad name and mechanics in general. People who are dishonest and take advantage of others that don't know any better ought to be ashamed of themselves. Don't deal with Justin at this shop. I will still go to Big O Tires but just not Justin. I recommend Rod at Castle Pines Big O Tires, who used to be at Bowles and we built a repor with him. He is a very honest man. Worth a short drive to Castle Pines to see Rod! I should've done that to begin with but live and learn I guess.

Our first stop when having an issue with tires and handling. Also, used for oil changes and brakes. The Staff is a pleasure to work with from the register to the technicians. Looking out for your best interest and safety!

I took my trk in for a tire rotation, balance and lineament. It came back worse then when I took it in. I have had problems in the past also

They were great. Nice friendly staff. They did everything they could to help me get my tire fixed so I could get back on the road.

Requested service was oil change. Technician that worked in my vechicle failed to place the crush washer on the drain plug. Results, oil leaked all over the inside of my garage and had to return back to the service location and get it corrected. Cost me two hours of my time to get issue corrected. Not happy customer.

I went for a tire rotation for tires I purchased at this store. The first time I came in the person behind the counter totally ignored me while he finished a tire sale. He could have said, "I'll be right with you". It was a 1.5 hour wait. The second time there was a different person behind the counter. He was very nice but the wait was long and I opted to come back a different day.I went in today (3rd time). The same person who was rude the first time was there.I was the first customer. He gave me a dirty look when he unlocked the door. I told himI needed a tire rotation. He said it will be a while. I said "how long!" and he said an employee called in sick.He begrudgingly asked for my phone number.I told him I didn't like his attitude and that I would go to another Big O.I understand a sick employee, but I don't understand rudeness or the fact that only one employee was scheduled to work when the store opened.

I have no complaints Frank

would be faster than getting an oil change and tire rotation, it was not busy , they got me in with in 10 minutes and proceeded to another 50 Minutes to do the service!

I was there to have a flat fixed but it couldn't be fixed so I got a new tire. I did, however, have to contact the store I got the tires from originally - this store did not suggest I do that - and the store forwarded via email my needed paperwork but the intake people were very nice
