Management was great. I was shown the problem and given the least costly options on repairs.

The associates were wonderful and extremely helpful. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Absolutely wonderful experience I will be back.

Was headed out of town towing an RV the next day. I stopped into Big O tires the morning b4. They helped me select my E rated tires for towing. Got me taken care as I waited. Have now put 1200 miles on my new tires. All is PERFECT.

I could tell this location takes pride in their work. Joe was super knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I will definitely be back for all my tire needs.

Jennifer and Lance are so friendly and knowledgeable. They have exceptional customer service and seem to really care about your needs and concerns. They knew the issues with my car without trying to sell me things that weren't needed yet. I will definitely be a returning customer! I had a leak in my tire and turns out I needed new tires along with some power steering issues. They were empathetic and got my car all fixed in tip top shape very quickly too! Always an treated well. Went in for the tire rotation and they found the last pill change I had at the dealership they didn't replace the engine filter like they said. Good catch by the mechanics.

Great location, rotated and balanced my tires for free even though I hadn't been in before. Will certainly keep an eye out for sales in the coming months through Big O, as I'll need to replace my tires in 1st Q of new year.

Excellent service

I had a tire that was losing pressure, so I took it in to see if there was a nail. There was and they fixed the tire with no cost. I have boughten several sets of tires with Big O in the past, but I didn't know they would take care of a repair for free. Was so happy I chose to go to them.
